The rooms are centrally located, not too far from places like Trang An or Tam Coc. It's very close to the Old Quarter in the evening, and the staff are lovely. The hotel provides various styles of conical hats for you to borrow if you don't want to buy one.

The service was great. They even served us a plate of fruits together with a glass of welcome drink during check-in which some 5/4-star hotels don't even do it. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient as the convenience store was just right in front of the hotel. It takes 5 minutes by walk to Hanoi Night Market and 10-15 minutes to the famous Hoan Kiem Lake. Besides, breakfast served in the hotel was delicious and generous!
