We stayed for 4 nights, a family of 4. It was a very pleasant stay. People are nice and friendly. The place is clean and the staff were helpful. The facilities in the hotel were great. I wish a bottle of water was provided as part of the half board service. The wifi in the room was a little poor in particular 2 nights out of the 4. The rest was moderate. The location isn't fantastic, it seemed a little isolated but there is a very good supermarket across the road. However the road is a busy road in front of the hotel.

Lovely hotel a few minutes walk from the seafront. We stayed 3 nights here and opted for a suite - great size room and llovely secluded balcony overlooking pool area. Great pool area, fab breakdast and very friendly helpful staff. We were really pleased we chose this hotel as we could only vaguely here the loud music from the voyage hotel, which we couldn't have missed had we been near it.

Dining at the hotel left a lot to be desired. The buffet style meals left food uncovered and what was supposed to be hot food was just warm, which may be why my husband had the Turkey Trots for four days at the start of our holiday! Also the plates were always cold, so any warm food put on them immediately lost what little warmth it had. We have been told that earlier in the season there was a BBQ every evening but when we went in September it was never used. Our room was not cleaned every day, the towels were changed daily and the bed changed when necessary, on more than one occasion we had to ask for some toilet rolls and tissues and an extra blanket. There was insufficient drawer space, not enough hangers and twice we had to ask for the bags of rubbish gathered from our bins and left on the table to be removed.

We arrived and found we had been upgraded, definite plus there as the room was great. A friend with us was also happy with her room. Both received a welcome fruit bowl which was big enough for a family! Relaxing pool area, enjoyed the overall ambience... easy to get to Bodrum and back in yellow Dolmus. Good food, good service, willing staff - would stay there again - well done Zeytinada!

They should call this hotel the roosters hotel not Zeytinada. This hotel is surrounded on both sides with a farm with roosters that wake you up at 5:00 AM sharp. The noise was so loud, we initially thought a rooster got into our room. If you can put up with this, then the hotel is ok. We were initially surprised that the hotel was not in Bodrum. It's in a town called Torba about 8km from Bodrum. It's a nice little town with nice beaches. The hotel staff was nice, helpful and friendly. The food was decent and the rooms are ok. I would have recommended the hotel was it not for the roosters but waking up at 5:00 AM every day on vacation is not my thing.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. We lodged in a standard suite. The rooms were inspring and beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the property in no way comes close to the property described at Hotels.Com. It takes 6 minutes to drive to the sea by car. The hotel staff claims that this distance is a 10 min walk (far away from reality). The full board idea without non-alcoholic beverages (even water) being included is silly. The food quality is poor far below the standards of Turkish tourism. My wife and I spent both the breakfast and dinner discussing how the hotel can offer less choices and improve the quality of food at the hotel. Good things - the SPA, beautiful olive trees, hammock in the garden. Ideal place for elderly people who are looking for a place to rest.

We had problems with a leak in our bathroom the first night, but it was solved by the 2nd evening. Gorgeous setting, great food, relaxing spa.

What a great place to stay if you want to be near Bodrum and have a lovely place to retire during the day or evening. The hotel environment is very romantic and great for kids. Superb pool facilities.

Ours was a business related stay so we only slept and ate there for a couple of days. However, the pool looked large and well kept. The overall design of the rooms, land, pool, dining areas, entrance, parking, etc, was consistent and well thought out, with good attention to detail - some parts being quite stylish. The staff were very professional while genuinely friendly, not trained-in friendliness, but real recruited-in friendliness. While I have no complaints about the front-desk staff, they did not display the same level of welcome and friendliness as the rest of the staff. The open buffet was great and comprised good variety. The bar was well equipped and the barman knew how to make a good gin-tonic. There was a recognised selection of good wines and they were reasonably priced. Unfortunately, each double gin-tonic cost the equivalent of £13.

Most of the hotel and grounds are clean and lovely but there are two serious problems which caused me to downgrade its overall score 1. The spa is dirty and poorly maintained. The spa staff should be fired! 2 There are roosters next door who start crowing before dawn. Be sure to request a quiet room. Avoid buildings 12 and 13!!! On a positive note, the food and restaurant service are excellent. The landscaping and grounds are lovely and well maintained Cabs to Bodrum center are expensive--about $17 for the 7 km trip. But the dolmus is cheap and frequent (10-15 minute intervals) and stops right in front of the hotel Zeytin means olive, by the way, and there are several very old olive trees that must have been carefully preserved during construction
