Poor water system, dark bathroom lights, no doormat so it gets dirty when walking, no internet on TV, noisy TV channels. Poor soundproofing, when sleeping you can hear the sound of the jacuzzi, the room next door, and the sound of the radio.

Clean and beautiful room, staffs are very nice, swimming pool is large, wonderful location, on main road, 1km cycling to old town. We love Hoi An because of a beautiful hotel like this, and it is easy to find any restaurant for each desire, good prices, nice food and drinks.

Phòng khá cũ, bước vào có mùi phòng cũ hơi ẩm, hồ bơi sạch, bảo vệ nhiệt tình, nhưng phòng ở trải nghiệm chuâ tốt lắm, có vẻ xuống cấp, phòng WC bị rỉ nước, vòi sen thì yếu, tắm cả tiếng chưa sạch vid nước chạy nhỏ giọt, máy lạnh có tiếng kêu, mình nghĩ phòng cần sửa sang lại cho tốt hơn để lần tới có thể trải nghiệm tốt nhất tại khách sạn
