Checking in was easy. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The staff did not speak English. The rooms were clean and we experienced no problems. We were delighted with the hotel. Excellent value. We would choose to stay there again.

The staff at this hotel is fabulous. They anticipate your needs and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and cared for. Our only real complaint is that rooms on the front of the building can be very loud at night. They were able to move my room to the back of the building and that solved the issue.

Staff were very good, room and hotel was very clean. On my stay lift was out of service for 2 whole days, meaning walking up to breakfast on 8th floor. Restaurant said kitchen was closed at 9pm when I was there at 9.05pm, not very flexible. Some noise so must have thin walls. Great location for Corferias. Great value for money.

My 3rd stay with them. Great service, nothing is a problem and the breakfasts I adore.

After our last visit in October, there was no other choice. Although I didn't ask for it, they booked us into the exact same room again. Breakfast is the highlight of my day and they really don't disappoint. A good spread for everything and they always have a selection of local cuisine too. The staff are always friendly and polite, even with my requests for the Colombian hot chocolate throughout the day. If you book with them, you are in good hands.

Great place to stay for short time

The staff were all superb and really went the extra mile in everything. Late for breakfast because of jet lag, no problem. Want a large taxi for all the baggage, just say the word. Room service, no bother at all. Next time I go to Bogota, I will stay there again.

We miss a water for few hours. But the staff service is great.

Nice place and very clean

We loved the breakfast, the taste of the food, the service and the roof top where the breakfast it is served. We really like the service en general, everybody so gentle and polite. We think the location of the hotel it is good, because it has good restaurants around it, and it is very close to corferias, but we experienced a lot of noise because our room was in front of the street.

The staff were delightful and helpful. This is my first night. My overall impression is positive with the exception that I wish they had air conditioning and I wish they didn’t charge for drinking water.

Staff was very kind. Howerver, the property is extremely noisy. I could hear the person in the room adjacent to mine, talking on the phone until 4:00am. Also, construction started at 8am in the morning.

Staff are so friendly. Furniture is too old. May need to upgrade. Some room with no window. Also an A/C need to be equiped.
