First time stay at this hotel. It’s an older property and it shows. However the rooms are clean and spacious with everything you need for a weeks stay. Pool area also spacious. Staff very friendly. Location amazing for the Yumbo centre

Great reception staff - kind and very welcoming

Conveniently located about 7 min walk to Yumbro. The room had nice touches with complimentary toiletries and coffee machine and some water n snacks which can be purchased and charged on check-out. The rooms are very dark with wall lights, maybe intentionally. There is Aircon in the living area, not the bedroom, which was annoying as i stayed during a hot period. The shower can be scalding hot - so set your temperature with care. My main issue was the flies in my room which were annoying, but probably just seasonal issue. Overall good, but at economy/budget end of the nark.

Great self catering accomodation with good size bedroom, bathroom and lounge/diner/kitchenette. Cleaned daily. Warm welcome from all the staff. Good bar and bar food. Lovely pool. Busy at weekend with visitors, but more tranquil in the week.

Convenient, efficient service and very clean

Overpriced, and badly managed. Steam room stinks of mold, food is inedible, air con barely works, and there are never enough sunbeds. Staff are slow, unhelpful, and ignore complaints. Gym has no water, towels, or cleaning supplies. On 10-08-25 they even threw a private pool party for straight outsiders, forcing paying guests out — totally unacceptable for a gay hotel. Everything is an extra charge, not even a free coffee. The only good thing? The cleaning staff. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else.

Poolside entertainment great fun. Breakfast and lunch menu good value. The barmen hard working and always friendly. The new massage therapist is fantastic. Not the normal hotel massage guy. Real deal therapist. Booked more than once

Not the best facility but still okay. Close to main attractions, walkable and easy access.

Relaxed and not far to facilities around the resort

The hotel is pretty old and expensive for what you get. The pool closes at 7 pm even during summer when weather is pretty hot. You are charged for everything even cofee at your room. No ambiance or activities during evenings.

The details are looking tired like doors in kitchens and lifts etc. Also felt like the mini bar offering was too much occupying half the fridge and on the table also. A great hotel in general cannot fault the cleaners. They was fast at cleans and to a massively high standard changing anything without question that was remotely used in any way.

Good location, comfy rooms, nice pool area. Could do with a new wallpaper to brighten the rooms and few extra plugs sickets/new fixtures.

Excellent location!

Overall a pleasant experience but they try to add so many extra charges that seem unnecessary. Water is 4 euros per bottle and using the safe in the room is 3 euros per night. I’ve stayed in many hotels and I have never been to a hotel that charges for these. Everything else is great. Very nice atmosphere and beautiful pool/terrace. Location is great, near Yumbo centre.

This was the second time that I have stayed at this property. It has a wonderful location; 5-8 minute walk to the Yumbo Centre. The pool is fantastic. Housekeeping let me sleep in every day, and were very helpful when I needed extra amenities. The front desk staff was always friendly and able to help answer any questions. I will definitely stay here again!
