Excellent property on the edge of Old Town. Walking distance from the bus terminal, train station and to all the main attractions in the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent and convenient. Special thanks to Kalvis at the front desk who was so helpful and accommodating with my requests. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming.

There is no Air Condition working in any of Raddison's hotel in Warsaw, Dhnsay, Riga, I called for service, they only said they will send someone to the room. THEY NEVER DID STAFF AND MANAGERS ARE LIERS ROOMS ARE SO NOISY HEAT IS SO BAD NO CHANCE TO SLEEP NEVER RECOMMEND THE HOTEL

The hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful, great location in the centre of the old town, breakfast was excellent, great selection to suit everyone, the room was clean with great house keeping, great shower, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Dated rooms in need of refurbishment. Some towels in the bathroom old and tired. Booked better room as a single traveller only to get two single beds pushed together but will gap and two separate duvets. Quite disappointing experience overall for the price

Location is great! As advertised it’s right in old town and about 7 -15 minutes away from some of the major sites. 12 minute walk to the bus that takes you to the airport. Good cafés and dining around. Staff are quite warm, particularly. Vidam (misspelled) he was quite warm and helpful and gave really great recommendations! Hotel itself is a bit subpar -rooms are quite basic and small. Carpet quite shabby. Fitness center small but it got the job done. I’m not sure I would stay again. I would probably upgrade to something nicer. But five stars for location and staff.

Front desk/check in was excellent, friendly and efficient. Room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Hotel was quiet and clean. Very well located for the touristy areas of Riga.

Location is excellent. Staff was good. Room was clean and ok. TV is very small. Water in sink and in shower is drained very slow. Breakfast is average comparing to other hotels.

The location is great - it’s right in the heart of the city, and a beautiful building from the outside. A park is just a stone’s throw, with the old town and tram stations just a skip away.

Room was clean but small. Bed comfortable. Bathroom sink very slow to clear. Breakfast ordinary - hot food lukewarm and kitchen was sometimes ‘too busy’ to provide fried eggs. Gym is very small. No bar. Staff friendly.

Amazing hotel excellent receptionists, great location 👍 Yes you can hear the trams if at the front but i didnt mind as they add charm to the place.
