Nice personal touch to have a ‘welcome bag’ for Syracuse new students moving in/back to school.

Flies around bed. They moved me but Central air not functioning in new room. Desk personnel was either good or terrible and would not address issue with phone problems. It had a kitchen but no bags to line trash can. Outside between 9 pm and 3 am there are tons of screaming people, motorcycles and cars with revved up engines and screeching tires, LOUD music coming out of vehicles so loud it is like it’s in your room… impossible to sleep, and uncomfortable bed. If you stay here you’ll be miserable. Zero Stars.

The shower room needs repair. Mold

Staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable but could use better pillows. Walk to downtown is easy, Uber to Lakeview for a concert. Parking at hotel is not free but convenient. Coffee marker was broken in our room, but there was free coffee in the lobby. Love the full size refrigerator and dishes provided.

AC didn’t work well. And the TV kept turning on even after I turned it off

Very disappointed with room facing a handful of bars across the street. Constant noise made for a difficult night's sleep. Management should have called the police to quiet down the group but clearly did not do so. I can't recommend this property especially when you can't assure a quiet atmosphere in the middle of the night.

The hotel staff were helpful. The property is in a great location. The room was clean but sheets were thin and rough. A high pitched building alarm rang from 2am until 8am. Overall it was an average stay.

As always, Marriott has very clean hotels with great staff. However, the bed was super uncomfortable. And there was an obnoxious mechanical humming in my room. I ended up leaving the tv on so I could manage a few hours sleep.

We checked in and went right out to eat then upon returning to our room before bed we looked under it and it was full of candy wrappings and a book and trash that was unbelievable so we checked the other room and it was just as nasty, the room had no soap and had to call down for that, the drop ceiling tiles and tee bars were stained heavily, I showed the pictures to the front desk and all he said is he would let house keeping know, this was in room 337 If we weren’t so tired we would have left. Sorry for tha sad review

Place was great. Fun area. Only issue is that on Saturday night it was SO LOUD on the street out our window that we couldn't sleep until the bars closed at 2:30am. Next time I will plan to be out late. Sunday night however was nice and quiet.

I have stayed here for years

All great except reception lady, who was with attitude, first time saw very unpleasant greeting, Management of hotel have to work with stuff,many hotels around.

As a mom to teenagers and young children space is always a must for our vacations.... The 2 room suite was spacious and affordable!! It was a home away from home!

I love it here!! 😍 The staff is very helpful and friendly, the room was comfy and breakfast was great. Definitely staying here again.

arriving late at night but check in was a breeze and staff were so very accommodating, even offering to help me unload the car in winter weather. a change in work schedule meant I needed to book another night and they let me stay in the same room with very helpful instructions. good continental breakfast, restful sleep, convenient parking and the room was quiet. highly recommend Residence Inn Armory Square
