excellent hotel, especially the room, it's super cozy, i really enjoyed the stay. but there's 2 major things that really annoyed me: - lack of english speaking staffs - the hotel location is secluded, far from everywhere, except Pudong Airport apart from that, i strongly recommend this hotel
