Breakfast was ok, should have a better coffee machine and juice.

The hotel room is not in good shape, very old and dingy! Smells like sewage in room sometimes and although we had a non smoking room, all rooms and the hotel smells like smoking.

Pros: Excellent breakfast; Professional and welcoming staff; Good amenities Cons: Reservations were canceled twice without a clear explanation, though the third attempt worked. We had a complimentary upgrade, but the assigned room had a strong odor; we declined the upgrade to move to a clean room.

The buffet for breakfast was fantastic every morning. Unfortunately the a la carte menu was awful. You cannot call it "a la carte". It was extremely limited and you could tell the food was from frozen. Hardly any choice. But the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay here thoroughly and would think of coming again if the a la carte menu is improved.

stayed for 8 nights ,really bad smell when you entered the room,a/c not working .Very far from main attractions. breakast was good,staff were very nice-specialy Ismail,pool steam and sauna very good.

I was recently staying at Rotta Hotel, the lobby officials give a good service, as for pool and sauna areas the cleaning is bad just like in the rooms, the air conditioning does not work well, I went with my Telmo to get water at the restaurant and they denied me the service, they treated me badly and told me that I had to pay for the water, they wanted me to buy a bottle since the water in a large bottle was for the destination, it was not about paying for a bottle of water but in the way they told me, those who attend during breakfast time are friendly but those on the afternoon night shift have no idea what it is to give customer service, the Ramazan server along with the two older gentlemen who work there have made me feel the worst in my stay at Rotta Hotel, I will never set foot in that hotel again, he treated me with bad attitude twice, despite the fact that they do not know how to speak English to give a service

I really liked the housekeeping staff. I really didn't like the way I was treat in the asp when I went down to have a swim I had nothing but my gown and towel so I was refusinpolite. I I had a very badex

плюсы: очень просторный и удобный номер, хорошая качественная мебель, выглядит дорого, хоть и наверняка не новая. Удобная кровать - спал с удовольствием. Всё очень солидно и позволяет не только отдыхать, но и работать - большой удобный стол, устойчивый и быстрый интернет. Отличный разнообразный завтрак (хоть и турецкий) - не хватает рыбы и свинины. Минусы: на ужине всего 3 блюда на выбор - салат капрезе, суп дня и жареные куриные ножки. Нет алкоголя в принципе. На завтраке навязчивая дама пыталась срочно у меня выспросить мнение об отеле, но говорить с полным ртом мне неудобно и невежливо, а прервать еду и начать с ней разговор - никакого желания. Большой и неожиданный минус - отсутствие в номере бокалов/стаканов/рюмок. Есть вода, но пить её можно только из пластиковой бутылки. Не страшно, конечно, но не солидно. Ещё я бы минусом назвал отсутствие мини-бара. Место под него есть, но всё пусто. Солидность номера сразу падает и отдаёт дешевизной.

I have spent 5 nights at this beautiful hotel with my husband and my daughter, and we've had an excellent time there! The room was large with a separate dressing and a good sized stylish bathroom. We slept very well, we could very well control the temperature in the room. They have good house keeping, and they've always supplied anything we needed extra (towels, shower gel). The breakfast buffet is very diverse and the dining area is very elegant. We have used the pool almost every day and enjoyed that area a lot! The staff is friendly and helpful. What can I say, we have been impressed and were so happy to have chosen The Rotta Hotel. There is also a nice restaurant outside, on the right side as you exit the hotel, they have great turkish food. We look forward to be staying at this lovely hotel again! And we have also been very impressed by the wide lobby/ lounge area, very well designed. We took some lovely pictures there. Thank you, Rotta Hotel x
