All about the stay was outstanding. The service at the upstairs restaurant was inadequate and slow. The food, however, was excellent. And why can’t the bartender make a standard martini?

Very modern and clean on the beach. Pool is great. Restaurants are great. Beach area is public but pretty nice. No lounge chairs on the beach. Overall we really liked this property. Kind of a fun area near Toulon.

The hotel is in a beautiful position but is generally in need of a tidy up. Bathrooms are nice but tired, the pool area needs a clean, leaves all over the floor, mattresses by pool have no pillows attached just the velcro where they should be. The mattresses need cleaning. The tables need wiping. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The room we booked was a superior sea view and most of our view was of an olive tree. the balcony overlooks a staff area, 5/6 tables left there, light flickers all night, untidy and a general chatting, smoking area. The location to the beach is great and the beds were super comfortable, nice size room. Nice place just a little tired.

Perfect get away place for couple!!! Room was spacious and the sea view was gourgeous. Only downside was the expensive breakfast.

Loved our stay and especially the view from our room overlooking the Mediterranean. Looking forward to a return visit!

Wonderful hotel in a wonderful part of the world. The only issue we encountered was that the WiFi didn’t work the first night. Other than that everything was perfect, we will be back.

Our stay, and overall review, is very mixed. Pros: Exceptionally kind staff, lovely pool area, a room with a generous terrace and spacious bathroom, welcome underground parking in the hot summer months. Cons: The finishings of the property are more indicative of a three star, rather than a four star, hotel (issues with the air conditioner, WiFi, phone, etc). Small and minimalist rooms (cheap decor, lacking charm). The beach is public (and very crowded) which one would not ascertain from the misleading photos on the website. If this hotel was not situated directly on the beach, in this region, it is doubtful one could charge these rates, as well as rate it as a four star property. Limited vegetarian options on the menu and not enough staff serving the pool area (lengthy delays). Towel tokens for the pool, which is uncommon for a ‘luxury’ property. Our standards and expectations for a four star hotel are higher, while noting this does differ across countries. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs, but does not stand out or impress in terms of infrastructure or amenities, with the exception of the staff who were kind, and doing their very best.

This hotel exceeded all of our expectations. With its picturesque location right on the sea to its warm friendly staff it really made our winter stay special. We changed rooms to a suite mid stay, (which was spectacular) and the front desk moved our luggage for us even going as far as to arrange some flowers I had previously bought into a vase in the room. Great staff and lovely hotel will absolutely have us coming back one day.

It was the best location and the hotel was fabulous.

A little out of the way, but it was a beautiful, private setting on a small beach on the coast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. A great value for the money paid.

Beautiful hotel, really nice decor, excellent service

The suite was amazing and very quiet. I have paid quite a lot for it and I think it was worth it. Nevertheless, despite a high price, you have to pay for everything else: breakfast (18 euros/person, SPA, cotails are very expensive...) I have been to a similar hotel where everything was included for a similar price. In that case, it seems that I was travelling for a low-cost airline

Wifi didn’t work, the man at the reception desk the last day was awfully unpleasant (Adrian) and I was charged with a vodka I didn’t take in the mini bar. Won’t come back there.

The hotel itself is a lovely building and rooms are really nice and modern. The staff seriously need some training though. It felt like they had just opened and we not ready for it. Breakfast is a shambles. Was told it was included on arrival and it finished at 10.30. We went at 10.15 and there was nothing but a muffin and some scraps of cold scrambled eggs left. Then on check out they tried to charge us £18 each for this. Overall though, i enjoyed the room and would consider going back, just wouldn’t take breakfast.

We fou d the staff excellent - very helpful and friendly and helpful. The food and service at the restaurant were perfect. The swimming pool was well designed and a pleasure to use.
