Closest Metro was closed because of construction which ended up being less convenient.

The hotel location is super convenient, right next to different transportation options. Plus, Retiro park is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is spotless and smells amazing. The staff is so nice and welcoming.

My husband and I were very comfortable staying at this hotel.

We had wonderful stay at hotel Claridge Madrid staff was friendly and very helpful hotel is nice and clean and has good food, room has coffee and tea available included with your stay and mini fridge but you have to buy water and other items in mini fridge . I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel and good rate for what you get. Hotel has a very private feel and has your own small hallway to your door. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the metro (bus and subway) and has some pretty good food options near it (think small cafes and quick eats). Not right in central Madrid but very well connected. About 15-20 min train ride to Plaza Mayor.

The rooms and bathroom were larger than the typical European room. Loved the neighborhood- it was walkable and quiet.

It was just a short drive to the center of Madrid, which made sightseeing super convenient, and being close to the train station was a huge plus for day trips. Great hotel for a family visit to Madrid. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Pool was a nice relief on a hot day. Able to walk to and from sites in the center of the city.
