Note that there is construction and it starts around 6:30am outside The metro stop across the way is under construction but can access it further up

Did not have breakfast. Staff was excellent. The room was clean freshly appointed.

Good hotel, however, major building works directly outside hotel. Noise was very loud from 7am each morning. Should have been told about the works before arrival and given an opportunity to move hotels

There was construction work everyday outside the hotel that started at 7am and did not finish until 8pm sometimes 9pm. It was very loud drilling all day and we were not made aware of this before we booked the hotel. We could not use the outside terrace of the hotel due to the noise or go back to our room in the afternoon to relax due to the noise.

Room are ok but would need a little refresher sooner than later. Clean beds and no carpet it’s very appreciated!

Room was always immaculate. Very comfortable place. Definitely I will stay again.

Room way too small for four. Hotel is a bit tired. Staff are not overly friendly breakfast was ok but not much traffic and not much change in choices.

Room has much more space, Staff are friendly. Hope bathtub has something prevent slipping such as mat .

Awesome hotel to stay the staff was excellent and helpful to all our need from where to visit to getting around the city by taxi ,bus or train. Awesome place to be and grocery stores near by 15 min to the center of the city easy access on bus. Thank for the hospitality

The staff really friendly, hotel conditions and cleanness excellent, food not so good we had a Claridge club sandwich… poor… doesn't match with hotel in general

Great hotel, clean room and big bathroom with thick towels.
