Very nice hotel, my second stay in it in Łódź. Like it a lot. My only comment is the hot water in the shower - it took ages for it to get hot. Other than this really good stay.

It was OK, but the pool is way too small. You should think of a major investment to enlarge it, the way it is now it is useless with more than a few people in it at a time

Should be flaged here car park need to be paid very top rate. Way to high for its location.

The offer of this hotel is misleading to say that the least. Provided room wasn’t compliant with the offer. We need to pay forcadditional bed despite the fact that it was agreed prior that we won’t have. Also our request to have windows not on the street wasn’t fulfilled. TV wasn’t working - no channels there. Internet service in the room - almost unusable. I strongly do not recommend that hotel to anyone travelling with children.

Very pleasant experience.We enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool. The breakfast was amazing with serving of Champagne and freshly squeezed and pressed juices!

Great choice for visiting Lodz Orientarium/Zoo (10min by taxi) and connections from Kaliska station but also if you prefer staying outside the city centre. There is a nice park just opposite the hotel and you can walk to the main busy Piotrkowska Street in about 30min or just take a bus or taxi (around 15-20PLN). The hotel has exceeded our expectations in terms of food and customer service. Plenty of choice for breakfast (slow pressed juice was a bonus), evening meal was also very good and tasty (zalewajka soup was ecxellent). But the real highlight was customer service at reception, restaurant, bar, technical support - professional but still friendly and human, it does not happen often nowadays...room was spacious, good firm bed, fridge, kettle, safe; overall very happy with our stay; morning swim at their pool on the 10th floor was a great start of the day.
