Pullman Brussels Centre Midi is a comfortable and convenient hotel, especially if traveling by train. The biggest advantage is its direct access to Brussels Midi station, which makes arrivals and departures very easy, including Eurostar connections. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good beds and modern facilities. While some areas show slight wear and tear, overall the rooms are well maintained and suitable for holiday stays. The staff are generally friendly and helpful, and check-in is usually smooth. Breakfast is good with a decent variety. The surrounding station area can feel busy and less pleasant at night, but inside the hotel it feels safe and well managed. Overall, this hotel is a very good choice if you value convenience, comfort, and easy transport access. Ideal for short stays or transit in Brussels. Rating: 9/10 👍

No signage to direct you to the hotel even though it is located in Brussels Midi station. Shocked when there was no water from the tap & shower in the morning. Called reception but only cold water was restored. Called again for hot water to be restored. Did not expect this from Pullman hotel.

We arrived quite late at night, bone tired and just wanted to sleep. I booked two rooms and was initially given two rooms which are far from each other. Fine then, I don't really mind but then when I got to my room it was so hot I found it hard to breathe. Called front desk to ask how to adjust the temperature as the window couldn't be opened (this is in the middle of winter) and was told that they would adjust it from their side and I had to wait ten minutes. Waited and still so hot I couldn't relax. Finally front desk told me to just move room and ended up in a room next to the other room that I booked, meaning that they could have put us next to each other the whole time but opted not to, which is petty and not very nice in my opinion. Room card key kept failing at the elevator I had to replace them twice. Seats at the reception near the station exit were very uncomfortable, which I suspect was intentional to chase away guests who would sit there while waiting for the train, another petty thing about this supposedly luxurious hotel I just couldn't tolerate. This is the second disappointing Accord hotel I've encountered whilst in Europe. Will think twice before booking one of those again.

The hotel is clean, friendly, quite large, the water is smooth, fast and fast.
