My room on the 8th floor had poor soundproofing, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable; I kept losing connection during Zoom meetings. However, the staff were very polite and helpful.

We had a very pleasant stay at this Classy Holiday Hotel & Spa. The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. It’s surrounded by many local restaurants with delicious food, as well as accessory, craft, and sports shops, which made exploring the area very convenient. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Red Bridge. We really appreciated being allowed an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and provided great service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

I stayed with my family of four in two separate rooms without connecting rooms, but it's very acceptable because there are two rooms at that floor we stayed. The male staff were very friendly and helpful. Location wise is very strategic, and there is a ramen restaurant just a few steps away from the hotel that you should try, where we ate several times there 😀 We stayed several days before going to Sapa and stayed here again after returning from Sapa, and we could keep our big luggages so that we didn't bring all luggages to Sapa. Food wise is good enough for breakfast.

Their staff were very, very friendly and helpful, and we really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Breakfast was okay, even with limited options, it's more than enough for me and my family.

The rooms are a bit dated but still decent. The breakfast buffet is excellent and quite comprehensive for a small hotel. You can also order food from the menu, which is also good. The service is good, and the manager is attentive, quite friendly, and easy to talk to.

Location is great, right in the city center. Room is clean. Staff is friendly. As moslem we eat omelet and vegan poo for breakfast. Restaurant seat is limited because the space is not big so we have to wait other guest to finish to get our seat

The staff was very friendly, especially the bellboy. The hotel was located in Old Quarter, so it was very convenient to walking around. if you like to further explore Sa Pa or Ha Long Bay, there were plenty of tour available.
