The staff of the hotel is really great, everyone is super pleasant, nice and very helpful. The installations are not as seen in the pictures. The whole place is old, poor maintained, and not as clean as one would hope for. The wi-fi does not work properly in the bedroom and when we asked for a solution, there wasn't one. I found a roach in the bathroom and the shower showed parts that were really not cleaned, kinda gross actually. The tv has no cable and just a handful of local channels. The AC works fine but it's turned off once you leave the room, meaning that when you come back from your endeavors you find a very hot and humid bedroom, so much so that you can smell it. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with fresh juices, local fruits, a very nice lady making fresh eggs and tapioca on demand. Again, the staff is the biggest asset this hotel has. For the price, we should have much better installations. I cannot say I recommend it.

Hotels.com messed up the reservation snd I was lucky to be able to get rooms. Hotels.com had cancelled the reservation. I will not use this service internationally again.

Esse site além de não me Deixar postar a realidade, nem me devolveu a diaria. O hotel nunca se comunicou comigo e eu não fui para um hotel com minha família que nem se quer teve a coragem de confirmar minha estadia, era de madrugada quando cheguei com Crianças preferi outro hotel que se comunicava comigo.

Charged me twice for the booking,was sorted straight away,but lost £9 in conversions...which was 10% of the price,so was annoying tbh

Nothing to like. It was very bad. Staff was worst. Room was horrible. No warm water. No supply in bathroom. Safe deposit box did not work. Hallway light was scary. There was no microwave in room, as per reservation. It was room and not apartment as was booked. Felt like home less shelter.
