I've chosen a non-smoking room, but every day, at certain times in the morning, afternoon, and evening, the smell of cigarette smoke is very strong. I've filed a report because I'm starting to have trouble breathing, but the only solution is to send a cleaning staff member to spray air freshener, which makes my breathing even more difficult. Furthermore, the staff doesn't speak English, which makes me even more confused. This needs to be addressed because I don't know where the smell of cigarette smoke is coming from, as I have a connecting room.

Practically, there is no TV channel other than for praying.

This hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque, so there's no long wait for the elevator or escalator. It's convenient for those of us who want to pray in the Grand Mosque, but if you're just having fun, it feels a bit dated and a bit uncomfortable. I like that it's very easy to get to the Grand Mosque.

The hotel is closest to the Grand Mosque. The food is mostly Indian and Arabic, but the rooms are large, the staff is friendly, and there's a mosque in the hotel that leads to the Grand Mosque. It's spacious and very clean. There's a 24-hour mall, a supermarket, and a hospital below the hotel.

This hotel is very close to the Grand Mosque compared to staying at the Zam Zam Tower. The location is better, as you don't have to go around the mosque. However, for room comfort, the Mövenpick and Pullman are better. I really like the location.

This room is spacious and can fit a lot of people, but the mattress isn't very comfortable. The location is excellent.

It is no longer conducive to choose a hotel in Shofwah Tower. Now it is better to choose in Mecca Tower. Or Zamzam Tower too.
