Nice hotel. Clean and staff were lovely. Perhaps a little far out from the town centre but not a problem if you are happy to walk around 15 minutes or so

I had a great experience, the staff and environment was great. My friend and I felt really safe (2 girls in their 20s). It’s in the center of everything and it’s walkable.

What a wonderful place to stay! The Epic is truly epic. The staff was kind, helpful and super professional. Clean rooms, great amenities and decent location to everything. Definitely recommend the Epic Sana, their Spa is a bonus.

Clean and amazing hotel

Great stay for our family of 4 , first time in Lisbon. Not in the center but we liked the location and the hotel was superb. Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast buffet was great to start the day. We also enjoyed the roof top pool and bar to unwind after a busy day. Mall right across the street has a variety of nice shops. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

Our stay at Epic Sana was excellent from start to finish. The modern design gave the whole property a real sense of luxury, and the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. The location, a bit further from the main square areas, turned out to be a genuine plus — after a long day of exploring, it was wonderful to return to somewhere quiet and safe. The rooftop pool was also very beautiful and welcoming. My one regret: I only used the spa for half a day. It was such a fully immersive experience. A truly fantastic space, and I’d encourage future guests to carve out more time for it. I hope one day to return and maximize my time there. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a peaceful home base.

Check in and took way too long. Hand writing a drinks ticket can be optimised. Check out queue was very long as one family was getting comprehensive sightseeing advice for 10 minutes despite many people in line.

The hotel is located in an ideal spot. You can walk to the mall, the parks, downtown shops. My room was clean with a cute welcome plate of fruit and then daily chocolates! The staff was very kind, helpful and respectful. The pools are fabulous. I ate at their bar and had a welcome drink—everything was wonderful. I highly recommend Epic Sana Lisboa Hotel. The best part of my stay was the spa treatments! I went three times and enjoyed each treatment Miss Silva and Michaela were awesome.

Wonderful from beginning to end. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is extremely clean which I appreciated and I loved having access to the spa area.
