We had a fantastic stay at Cheval Gloucester!! it was very posh and luxurious and we enjoyed the huge apartment, good big kitchen, great bedrooms and marble bathrooms, daily maid service, wonderful Front Desk staff, etc. Especially great was the location! Literally right around the corner was a grocery store and there were several restaurants and bus stops and a metro station close by too. We truly loved it and we will stay there again!!!

Stayed for 7 days at Cheval Gloucester Park in a two bedroom apartment for our family of four with two kids under 10. Staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful with advice on what to see and do for our stay. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Walking distance to Hyde park or a good 5-10km run for the joggers. We made great use of the private movie theatre after long days at the museums - highly recommended!

Excellent service! Clean, spacious, modern rooms that is rare in London. Great location as many dining options are within walking distance and underground tube is 1 min walk away. Museums are short walk away also. Very hospitable and friendly staff at reception. We will definitely re consider staying here when we return

Remember that this is an apartment. Great for family or group trips. I had to book it last minute, stuck in London without a hotel, so this is not ideal for business travelers. No restaurant or amenities. Staff was very nice and helpful, and the apartment was spacious and nice.

Absolutely FABULOUS accommodations! It felt like we were in our own luxury condo. My family high-fived me after we checked in. LOL Ample space (2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, living and dining room) and luxury furnishings. Very comfortable. Beautiful views. Every detail was was thought through. This will definitely be our first choice when we return to London!

Apartment was spacious and had everything you would need for the room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. The concierge staff is available at all hours and we were provided with an international phone to use throughout our stay. The location is adjacent to an Underground Station that made traveling around the City simple and quick. Restaurants and supermarkets located nearby for all the essentials. This was the perfect location for our family vacation to London.

This has to be one of the nicest (if not the nicest) serviced apartment hotels I've ever been in. The apartment is huge with amazingly comfortable beds. The living rooms also has a nice balcony that look over the garden, really enjoyable to have your coffee there in the morning. The hotel is also located in a very nice area, close to Knightsbridge, with restaurants, shopping, and museums all within walking distance. As much as I loved the apartment and the neighborhood, I am not giving this place 5 stars. Check-in for this apartment is at 3:00pm, however our flight was to arrive at 11am so I contacted the hotel asking them if it would be possible to check-in early. They said it wont be possible, so I said fair enough, we'll be there at three. Unfortunately when we went to check-in at 3pm, our room wasn't ready. They kept us waiting in he lobby for an hour, and then told us that it seems like it will take longer. After cleaning the apartment they realized that there was a leak in the kitchen. So they told us we either wait more or check-in into the apartment while someone worked on fixing it. So we checked in and had the plumber work in there for 2hrs while we were in there. Keep in mind we just had a 7hr flight with a 2yr old kid who was restless and in need of being cleaned up. It was very upsetting. But you know those things happen, however, I atleast expected a manager to come by and apologize for this inconvenience. I only wish the hotel management were more considerate

We travel to London 2-4 times year and either stay with friends or stay in a hotel centrally. However the Cheval is the way to go - much more room than a hotel - bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. The Tube is 2 minutes walk and you can even park and be out of the Congestion Charge Zone. The staff are exceptionally helpful -nothing is too much trouble. We will be staying here whenever we visit London in the future.

The room was beautiful. Spacious accommodations. Every detail was taken care of, down to the towel warmers, thick towels, solid wood doors that kept the sound down, etc. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel. It is absolutely worth the money.

Highly recommended- easy to get to museums, Knightsbridge, High St Kensington, parks etc as well as having the tube and Waitrose moments away. Friendly helpful staff and miles better than a hotel when you have small kids. We'll be coming back.

I was actually a bit nervous because I have never stayed anywhere that had so many 5 star reviews, seemed too good to be true! But it was!! Such exceptional service in such a beautiful apartment. We were celebrating our daughters 21st birthday and the Cheval Gloucester truly made it very special. Beautiful, spotlessly clean, quiet, luxurious accommodation in an amazing location, literally around the corner from the tube stop. We didn't use the kitchen much as we were only there 5 nights but it had everything you could possibly want. The bathrooms were beautifully appointed, bathrobes, slippers, all the goodies. Our daughter was spoiled with treats on her birthday which was unexpected and very much appreciated. We were in a 2 bedroom unit facing the garden on the top floor, excellent soundproof windows, although it wasn't noisy even with them open. All the staff from Reservations to front desk, housekeeping, management where so friendly and professional! So thrilled with our stay at Cheval Gloucester Park, can hardly wait to go back!
