Family and historical artifacts throughout

This was such an amazing experience! This place was so peaceful, so convenient, and so welcoming. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with clear directions, welcoming hospitality, and a beautifully cleaned room. Annmarie, the host, did an amazing job with a unique, homemade breakfast experience that made everyone in the room smile in the morning. Very well-done, and highly recommended. If I am making my way near Massachusetts in the near future, I will be definitely picking this spot again!

The parking was up a steep hill but Ann told us ahead of time where to park.The room and common areas are quaint, clean and relaxing.

Super cute with lots of personality. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. I had to leave early so I couldn't get breakfast since it's only served from 8:30AM to 9:30AM...

We usually do not stay in B&B's out of preference but our stay (which we extended one night) was very comfortable. Plenty of space and privacy. Excellent breakfasts! The staff is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

It was our third time staying at Josephine’s . Aways such a cozy and pleasant play to stay. Highly recommend it.

I do not want to go on vacation and stay over in a hotel or bnb that requires alignment to the republican party, voiced in a devisive and demeaning voice. And I am a republican. Who needs that BS on vacation. Stay here be prepared to kiss the ring of the orange one.

We had a quick overnight stay but found everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and the hosts were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Clean room and nice staff

We stayed in the well appointed Twins room, which included a single and a queen, but it does get warm on the 3rd floor on a hot day. There is a celling fan and we opened a couple of windows to let the cooler evening breeze in. Breakfast was great! Plenty of local flavor. Close to the local ferries. I'd absolutely recommend.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. The best two aspects of the property were the friendliness of the innkeeper and the outstanding breakfast that was prepared in the morning. We had breakfast with another couple and enjoyed both the delicious food and the great company.

Beautifully decorated room and wonderful gourmet breakfast made by the wonderful hosts.

This is the classic B&B - not a room in someone’s house where they endure your presence. We had the marvelous suite of rooms on the first floor. The fun beach history of the town is in the family photos throughout the house. Breakfast was delightful. Our host was thoughtful and warm. This is totally worth the drive!

Excellent B & B! Annmarie and Bob and wonderful hosts and their breakfast each day was amazing! They put a lot of care and thought into the B & B and the needs of their guests. Located in Hull, close to Nantasket beach, Hingham, Situate and Boston, our room was clean and comfortable and an equally large and comfortable common room is available for guests.

This was our second stay at Josephine's, and we LOVE IT! Lovely room, fabulous home-cooked breakfast, easy parking, extra touches that makes feel welcome.

Annmarie keeps the place spotless, and makes an awesome breakfast! Plus she gives excellent sightseeing tips!
