When staying at an Ibis hotel, do you have to ask the receptionist first for toiletries (brushing your teeth, shaving your moustache) and are they not automatically provided as part of the facilities?

Good hotel and good service ,near downtown ,we can walk around the city and good food

Wifi signal was a bit weak, other things are amazing.
