Very personable and eager to please!!!

Great hotel in the middle of the city. The bathrooms are a bit outdated. We had an issue with the hot water, but front desk were able to resolve the issue very promptly. The hotel is missing bar and possibly drinks by the pool. Otherwise highly recommended!

The breakfast was good, but there was no egg, maybe I need to ask, but I rarely see anyone that I can ask. If you arrive at 7, the pastries will still be warm, and they are delicious. The breakfast view is fantastic

Location was excellent close to bus terminal and main shopping streets. Heated outdoor swimming pool. Internet,water coolers, gym. Room facilities and size of room very good. Unfortunately we encountered poor service from the reception and housekeeping team the communication between the two departments was extremely poor. We displayed the room card on the door handle for the room to be serviced when we returned to the room it had not been serviced.We contacted reception to let them know and informed them that we didnt want to be disturbed then a housekeeper turned up although we had displayed dont disturb she rang the door bell then to accuse us of not displaying the card correctly it was extremely unprofessional and very annoying to us.
