Had Bugs, stains and loud

It was convenient. Toilet had a crack in it and leaked

We will stay here again!

We had a room with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The room was very spacious and beds were comfy. The bathroom was clean. We requested a room on the top floor away from the elevator and stairs which they did a great job accomodating! The rugs in this hotel are in desperate need of replacing as there were many stains in our room as well as down the hall. We noticed the elevator carpets also didn't get much attention and were dirty the whole weekend. The front desk staff were nice and did their job, just not super personable. We found the hotel to be in a quiet area and quite centrally located for the things we were doing, with good restaurants nearby.

Clean. The bed was really comfortable

Room was great, disappointing that the pool was closed and didn't get notified about it. Had my 2 kids with and they were really looking forward to swimming and hot tub.

The pool was warm and quiet. The hot tub was great while it was open. We never figured out how to use the WiFi. It never worked for us but the breakfast was pretty good.

It was fine, bedding looked clean and bathroom looked clean. They need to consider getting mattres protectors for their mattresses. One looked like somone died on the bed from blood stains, luckily no bed bugs! But definitely recommend mattresses protectors for many reasons.

The hotel was very nice and clean. Didn’t appreciate the rude young man at the front desk.

Bathroom hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. Makes you wonder about rest of room. Front desk employee did come and clean it. Breakfast not as good as other suite hotels. Location was good. Cookies were good.

I drove 7 hours with 3 kids. I made a reservation to stay . I didn’t pull into Fargo until 230 am. The guy working the desk would not allow me to check in because it was so late. I paid for the room so it shouldn’t matter the time. He was so incredibly rude he made me cry. I then have to drive another 2 hours to get home. He wouldn’t refund my money or anything. Super rude and I’m very disappointed

The hotel was nice, but we paid almost $700 for 3 nights and werent notified prior to our stay that the hot tub was not workong. I also asked for a late checkout due to appointments, and the lady was rude & snappy about it. We mqde sure we were out before checkout time.

The salt water pool was nice, but the hot tub was not working(it was cooler than the pool water)

Very nice hotel.

Overall experience was good. Seemed like they were a bit under staffed, but nothing negative. Property was easy to find, nice location in Fargo, and overall a good experience.

Overall, a pleasant stay, but the hot tub was out of order and not hot all three days we were there. Seems like there might be maintenance issues.

Unfriendly staff

All staff were very friendly and courteous. Everyone seems to really like their job and its reflected on their guests. Will definitely be coming back.
