Good place

I hope a better room. It was different of the web page. The hotel was located in a good location. You have a lot of restaurants, markets and bank near the place

We arrived to town early in the morning on a bus from Ecuador. Fortunately, the hotel provides an option for early arrival. The room had ample space, and was provided with a desk and a balcony. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

television was not good....had to ask for help many times to turn the televiion on......rooms below standard....rooms not cleaned until late afternoon.....hotel not worth the price they charged for rooms and breakfast

The staff were so nice and accommodating! I loved the location in relation to restaurants, the Main Street, and the beach. The hotel restaurant had great food and drinks. Would definitely love to visit again!

Staff was awesome, very polite and kind... the rooms where clean and the place was safe

we Found bedbugs on our bed, the cable and WiFi are useless. No parking!!!!?

USTDES DEJAN MUCHO QUE DESEAR COMO PAGINA DE RESERVAS, PAGUE POR UNA HABITACION CON VISTA AL MAR Y ME RESERVARON UNA HABITACIÓN DE MENOS PRECIO EN LA PARTE POSTERIOR DEL HOTEL, EXIJO QUE USTEDES HOTELS.COM ME DEVUELVAN LA DIFERENCIA TARIFARIA, CASO CONTRARIO ACUDIRE A INDECOPI.

Las personas que sirven en el desayuno deberian ser mas amables y el baño del primer piso no funciona estaba cerrado

El hotel esta super bien ubicado, la atencion regular, buen bar

Poca proactividad del personal para solucionar problemas tales como funcionamiento de friobar. Falta de mantenimiento en la pintura en las habitaciones.
