My family had a relaxing vacation to celebrate my husband's birthday, and the reception staff, Ms. Lan and Ms. Mến, were incredibly helpful. In particular, upon learning it was my husband's birthday, the hotel sent a complimentary birthday cake. A perfect 10 for service at the resort! The food at the Sky restaurant on the 10th floor and the breakfast buffet were delicious and suited our family's taste.

Beautiful and spacious resort, nice hilltop rooms, bad view around the room. Friendly staff, attentive electric car service. Food is okay, good room combo price, but restaurant price is too expensive. Few check-in spots and not nice.

The facilities in the villa are old. The air conditioner is very hot, my family could not sleep all night (we reported it to the housekeeping staff, the technician checked it but it did not help). The toilet did not flush (we reported it, they fixed it but it did not help). The receptionist was not friendly and enthusiastic (female staff).

I have a wonderful stay in Flamingo Dai Lai. There are many services included here, the staff is friendly. However, when checking in, there was a problem between the online agent and Flamingo Dai Lai when they did not receive my book information, making the check-in take a long time.

When we arrived at the gate, the reception desk did not have our reservation information, even though I had paid in full 1 week in advance, I had to wait 15-20 minutes, I don't know how to confirm the information we booked. . The landscape is beautiful, but the resort does not turn on hot water in the swimming pool so it is impossible to swim in the autumn and winter weather - 1 minus point is quite a pity.
