Just back. Had a lovely 10 nights stay at Casa Vida. Apartment was a great size with everything needed. Big balcony with a lovely outlook over pool & a seaview. Peaceful nights sleep in the quieter side of bay. House keeping done every 4th day, fresh towels, bedding etc. Must mention the lifeguard "Dominique" such a warm welcoming person who is extremely diligent and vigilant in her role. Will definitely be back. Colin & Laura

El lugar muy bien. Tuvimos un imprudente que estacionó su vehículo todo el día en frente de la puerta e impidió que saliéramos oportunamente. El hotel quedó de llamar una grúa, sin embargo, no sucedió. Nunca supimos quién era, al otro día fue que movió su vehículo.

Family stat. God place. Not so big hotel. Clearing just 1 time/week. Lifeguuard whit pool.

The apartments were clean and beautiful. Close walking distance to the beach ans restaurants. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The only minuses is the parking lot that's like super low down and not an easy road and the walls were super thin so you heard perple all the time. But we would definitely stay there again next time!

The cleanliness inside has room for improvement, and the internet works very poorly, it kept cutting us off all the time

The apartment and the pool were nice and had enough space for all of us, but throughout our 6-night stay, there was only cleaned once, so we had to use the same towels for 3 days. Also, our stove in the kitchen was not working, and the receptionist was rude to us when we struggled to find the hotel where we were supposed to get the keys to the apartment.

Great little apartment right in the centre. Had everything we need it for, service was great at check in and check out. Will definitely stay there again.

Great Property and Management! There was parking which is a rare find in this area. Room was fully equiped! Will be coming back!

Room was basic but clean no reception no bar checkin and checkout was at the sensors adult only hotel and as we had children they were not even allowed to wait with us in reception the staff were abrupt and rude would definitely not stay again

I stayed at Casa Vida during early March. The check in was easy. The room was a good size and very clean with a view of the pool. The complex was only partially occupied during my stay and was very quiet. The car parking was a bit of an adventure, you have to use a steep and winding driveway, and there was a friendly cat that liked to sleep on the car. All together I had a wonderful visit.

Very easy check in, friendly staff, excellent accommodation and pool. Perfect location for beach. Would highly recommend.

Stayed at Christmas so obviously most of the amenities were not available, but we knew that when we booked. The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Room 118 was very nice, a good size with plenty of wardrobe space. Nice big bathroom with a good shower and two sinks. Kitchen was small but had everything you needed, fridge, microwave, two hobs, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. Living room/dining room had a table and four chairs. Two comfortable setee's and large flat screen tv with some English channel's, more than most, and access to the balcony. Bedroom had two single beds, which were comfortable and plenty of bedding. Flat screen tv and access to the balcony. Balcony was large with a table and chairs. Phoned a number on the entrance door to check in, Albert was there in a couple of minutes. Very clean hotel, good wifi, helpful staff. The only let down was the lack of sun on the balconies. Due to the way the hotel was built around a pool, at least 90% of the balconies never got any sun, ever. But we had a nice break and would like to thank all the staff.

The apartment was as described- lovely and clean and perfect as a base for exploring the area. We had a pleasing view over the pool and across Santa Ponsa bay. During our stay Hotel Senses across the road from Casa Vida was being recommissioned ready to open on the 1st May. This led to issues with the Wifi which was not available until the last day of our stay. The sink also had a leaking plug which despite being reported several times could not be repaired before our departure. The management at Senses Hotel were very pleasant to deal with and you could not take offence with the way in which they tried to rectify the issues mentioned. We felt rather sorry for them given the pressure they were under at this particular time. We would not hesitate in recommending Casa Vida as a place to stay and hope to be back ourselves next April.

Property is in a great location in Santa Ponsa. It however is very damaged and the room I stayed in not as what is in the pictures on Expedia. Over my three day stay the room was only serviced once. I understand that in the winter the occupation levels are very low and expected that the reception/ check in may not be seemless so this was not an issue. On checking out I left my mobile phone in the room, the lady servicing the rooms was a great help in assisting me and could not have been more gracious.

The two bedroom apartment was spacious clean and had everything you need but quite basic. Ideal for a short break. The two sofa beds in the living room are very uncomfortable and not recommended for a decent night sleep. You also have to check in at a hotel further along the street while the main hotel opposite is undergoing a major renovation which we were not told about.

The area of Santa Ponsa was very lovely and clean, however the Casa Vida Apartments were a huge letdown! Now I'm a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for' but surely there should be some basic standard requirements for hygiene and safety!... On arrival, at 3:00am we were denied access to our room untill we paid for it but we paid for it when we booked back in August! Despite providing emails and booking confirmation which proved this, the night receptionist still wouldn't let us in without paying AGAIN!! The apartment itself was comfortable and clean but in a terrible state of repair with lots of holes, mould and mildew and sharp edges where surfaces were decaying. Kitchen facilities were very very basic, with a toaster, kettle, microwave and water heater all sharing one electric socket so you could only use one at a time! We actually had to move the microwave into the living area so we could still have hot water when cooking. There was NO ventilation in the bathroom and as a result, whenever anyone showered everything in the bathroom became soaked with condensation. The ceiling was covered with mould and mildew. The only mirror in the whole apartment was in the bathroom which made getting ready as a family of six very difficult and using a hairdryer absolutely impossible due to the unsafe wetness of the whole bathroom! There was also NO bar and restaurant and this was very disappointing as they are advertised by hotels.com...lots of false advertising here!!!!
