It was peaceful and safe and service was very good

No front desk, restaurant closed, poor wifi and next to the autoroute. Not sure how this hotel got so many good reviews?

It's a lovely clean well positioned hotel. I have used this hotel on a number of occasions. I have always received a warm helpful welcome. There is an excellent well priced restaurant. The rooms are spotlessly clean if a bit Spartan.

Ideal place for an overnight stay on our annual drive down to Spain. The hotel is in a very quiet little village with very little road noise despite being right by the motorway. Check-in was prompt and welcoming with ample parking - which seemed safe enough to leave bikes on the bike rack overnight. The room itself (a family room) was very basic but serviceable. Bathroom very dated but perfectly clean - could do with money spent on it to be honest. Had dinner at the hotel - nice outside seating area with area for kids to play. Food was good but expensive for what it was. Service just ok (couple of orders were wrong and our food didn’t come out together). Would stay here again - did what we needed just fine.

Comfortable, convenient hotel for a stop over en route to Spain. Nice meal in the evening. Service was spot on. Breakfast was interesting......although we paid for it there was nothing left when we came for it. Having said that one mile away was a bakery that made up for it!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Staff very helpful. English spoken. The room was excellent and very clean and comfortable. Would go again!

Very nice hotel, staff very good. We stayed at the end of June on a very hot evening and our room was not air conditioned which led to a very uncomfortable night. The owner explained that , due to the hotel's location and height (over 1000 metres above sea level) , hot nights were quite rare. This apart,I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. We had an excellent meal and all other facilities were very good.

OK but since it was Easter Monday the restaurant was closed which was not announced and since all area restaurants were also closed we spend a hungry night.....

Hotel situated right on Junction 40 of A75 - we had room 9 and had no problem with traffic noise. Room was a decent size, modern, clean and functional. No electric fan in our room & it did get warm. TV but no English channel. Hotel restaurant was pleasant, airy and had good value menu.

Bonjour Malgré la gentillesse de la personne, ainsi que celle du serveur au restaurant, force est de constater que de voir la propreté des vitres de fenêtre de la chambre ( sales avec traces),la propreté de la chambre,en notant que la qualité de viande et cuisson (ainsi que l'accompagnement) des plats servis le soir, cet hôtel doit avoir des difficultés. Dommage car cela aurait pu être une étape agréable sur la route des vacances. Nous mettrons cela sur le fait qu'en tant que " clients de passage" il ne nous faut pas être trop dans " l'attente d'un service de qualité". Bon courage pour la suite . Certains de ne pas y revenir prochainement
