Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights in the new section. The room was new and the only positive I can give.

No hot water in my room

It’s an old property, no hot water for all the days staying there they said all the rooms don’t have hot water, no insulation and it’s in front of the main walking street people were singing and playing loud music until 4am. I normally don’t mind noise but this was really loud

Nice hotel. Attention and serices 5stars.. wifi was under construction but still was enough to satisfy my needs.. location was the best, the better center of all hotels.. beach front.

The property is outdated. No hot water and the food was not good.

The view from the room was beautiful.

No wifi in rooms. Lobby only. No free massage. Rooms are very comfortable and housekeeping is amazing.

The hotel was very outdated but clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The food service was ok. If you want to be right on Spratt Bight beach it was right there but the beach is very crowded and the hotel is in a very noisy area especially at night time.

Everything was great, except a couple of issues in our rooms. On one the light kept going on an off all night and the window didn't lock... and the other one the light stopped working but they fixed it. Also no wifi inside the rooms. Service 10/10, clean and great location.

Place is near to the beach and the service is excellent.

Great location,hotel needs updates,but beds are clean and confy,food is average,kind of expensive for quality but san andres is expensive

This place it’s outdated, for the amount I paid I expected a room with a view but no, they gave us a little room with. 2 beds and out neighbors were very loud, food was disappointed no flavor and reheated food.. however people was nice that’s the only reason I didn’t leave it’s just sad how that hotel has potential but it’s just a bid disappointment

Property was good, close to many things including thr beach

We make reservations 4 better room in this hotel and the staff give as the poor and small rooms in this hotel very dissatisfied! They fix the night after 4 the better place but the first night was terrific!

Had to print airline boarding tickets they were no help

Very nice hotel close by the beach and the shopping area. Very friendly service and good food and entertainment.

The reception is disorganised and painfully slow. The rooms are stark, outdated and rundown. There was a loud drunken party of bad karaoke all night long.

A very average hotel . Dated , tired and very basic . Give a wide berth if after a quiet stay as more family orientated with entertainment and music til early hours . Staff are very friendly in general but training in customer service has been lacking . Restaurant in particular needs review as I’ve seen commented on in other reviews Like I said at start - very average

We switched 3 rooms at our 1st night untill they decided to move us to arena blanca hotel , wich was great. The rooms was dirty , no hot water at the shower , and the sheets was stained and dirty.

This was our second hotel on the island for the last half of our trip. The front desk staff staff (Mostly Gemma) was absolutely on point and extremely friendly with the added plus that she spoke English. The location is perfect as just outside is the main area for the beaches, shops, and boardwalk. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay and felt the food was acceptable. Our only complaint with the dining is the Service from the dining staff. Smiles were non-existent and it was awkward at times to request beverages etc--definitely something that can be improved!! Our room was very small and due to a booking mistake did not have a balcony or view to the sea. The front desk tried to change rooms for us, but stated there was no availability--a bit odd since online there did appear to be sea view rooms available. Aside from the couple of comments above, it was a good stay and we would likely try again on our next visit to San Andres....only after confirming ahead of time that a SEA VIEW room is ready for us.
