Our stay at the Hilton was amazing. The room was huge and spacious more than we expected. The onsite dining options were also good and we enjoyed all of our meals. I think this will be our place to stay when we visit Panama again.

The hotel was awesome . Had a casino and restaurants, but I really liked the location . Close enough to walk to convince stores and other local restaurants.

Amazing stay. The staff went above and beyond with everything!! Highly recommend staying at this hotel if in Panama City. I will definitely return!

The only problem we found in the hotel was the drainage in the sink and the shower it was very difficult to use the bathroom sink without being clogged

El hotel tiene buena infraestructura, pero el servicio esta por debajo del estándar. Por ejemplo, estuvimos varias noches, pero solo pusieron cafe el primer dia. Incluso, no limpiaron la cafetera los dais siguientes. Una simple agua de cortesía seria bien recibida, para no destapar botellas de U$11, que es la unica opción disponible en el cuarto.

Disappointed Loyal Customer – New Early Check-In Fees Having stayed at the Panama Hilton over 20 times, I was shocked by a sudden decline in customer service. They tried to demand a steep surcharge that costs as much as a high-end lobster dinner just to let me into an already empty roomy. I voiced my complaint to the staff, and they ultimately waived the fee. However, introducing these hidden surcharges makes long-time guests feel undervalued. I will be reconsidering my future loyalty to this property.
