Receptionist is enthusiastic. Personal items used in the bathroom are not changed every day. I stayed in class p with 1 double bed, lack of light, dark.

Room is ok, electricity is not ok because there is no magnetic card

Staff attitude. Went to the stairs, smelled urine. Said staff locked the room door. Pushed to another room and forced to stay.

All staffs are friendly, unfortunately they can be better than that. Its my first time in vietnam, and when about to checking in to the hotel there is no front office staff there at all! And I have to wait about 2 hours, when I asked their neighbour about this thingthey just said its classic problem for this hotel, guest always complain about that

When it was raining, when we arrived by car, the staff did not give directions to the parking lot and did not welcome us. I didn't stay even though I paid. Poor service

The hotel is centrally located, near Nguyen Hue walking street, City Theater, Notre Dame Cathedral and many other entertainment venues. Spacious rooms, friendly staff

I bought two glasses of wine, but they only had one. They promised to go buy, but they said they couldn't buy it at night! Bored!

I feel quite comfortable here. Clean . Friendly . And the hotel location is very convenient.

Overall it was quite a good stay. This hotel is conveniently located right in the city centre, very close to the walking street, tourist attractions as well as malls. Also, it was very clean and new. BUT staffs need more train, esp their attitude and the way they interact with customers.
