Room was clean, friendly check in

No English speaking staff. No towels. No parking space. Room stunk of curry. Never again.

Comfy big older style toom , nothing negative here, had avcess to laundry etc

Checked in by Deepthi professionally and efficiently, but friendly and helpfully at the same time. The room was beautifully set up and very clean. The towels placed decoratively on the bed, this could have been a five star city hotel except for the exposed brickwork and Laminex desk and sink. Advice about the town and dinning was appreciated and turned out to be useful. One thing almost all regional accommodation should consider is KING size beds. Almost no one offers them and they are usually the first rooms to become unavailable.

Overnight stay as part of long trip. Friendly and helpful reception. Well located centrally in town with good security. Motel is old and feels it but room was comfortable. Given the price - very good. Disappointing as advertise a meal service but this wasn’t available…..however a few good eating places within a couple minutes walk with takeaway and eat in

Stayed a few days as working in the area . Great motel - room very clean and staff accomodating . Room cleaned every day. Bed very comfortable . Pool also very nice . Would stay here again

Although I didn’t use it, there is a nice pool and outdoor area. The building itself is very 80s but they try to overcome that. The parking bays are too small. Someone checked into the room beside us at about 1am. Not only did their lights shine in and wake us up but we were very concerned our car would be damaged as they tried to open their door. The beds could be better, too. The tariff reflects these issues.

A one night stop over. The reception lady was very helful. The maintenance on the room was poor. They really need to look at investing back into the property. We found the bed uncomfortable and the room not well set out. The security at night was a plus.

Our room was comfortable and the motel was convenient to the Artesian pool and takeaway shops.

Have been on a road trip for weeks. Have noticed lots of cost saving measures at many other motels, which meant no consistency. One wouldn't supply face washers, the next wouldn't supply hand towels, the next wouldn't supply washing up liquid, etc. Or there would be two tiny shampoos for the five of us for two days. So was lovely to arrive at Golden Harvest and find they had everything! And are very generous with linen, toiletries, crockery, choice of pillows to suit different tastes, etc. We appreciated being able to hang out our wet bathers and towels (from the artesian aquatic centre) on the washing line, thoughtful touch. Great location, so many eating options in the same street. Room nice and dark and quiet and clean. Thank you!
