Staff was amazing, so nice all the time and helped us will all our requests

Beautiful & great place to getaway from the city. Hotel landscape pool and beach Food was delicious! Staff and service were outstanding, highly reccomend it!

Great stay

Beautiful resort right in the beach, with lifeguards, paddle boards, and cabanas, hammocks, lounge chairs in the sand and a beach bar. There is also a beautiful heated pool with a swim up bar. There are many choices at the breakfast buffet and the service was great.

Service was exceptional. Specially Los, Estrella, Alexander, Elbert and many others that their empathetic service was very good. Is the great crew of people what makes this place pleasant and superior to many others. I highly recommend it. Thank you Cada Andina, a whale of an awesome vacation and we will be back, that’s for sure. Thank you Expedia.

Clean room, excellent food and staff were very attentive and serviceable

They let guests bring in their own alcohol which was consumed in the swimming pool and they let guests bring in their own food which was equally consumed in the swimming pool, which I found disgusting and unhygienic. In addition, guests turned up with their own loudspeakers playing loud music like reggaeton around the swimming pool. At one point I counted four different loud speakers each playing different music. Whilst this behavior is common in Latin America , this is not what I expect of a four-star hotel. You pay money for some exclusivity and not to be disturbed by other guests behaving in an unrefined fashion. 2nd, in order not to be charged vat as a foreigner you must produc Second, in order not to be charged vat as a foreigner you must produce your proof of entry into the country. My mother-in-law who I was traveling with, entered the country but because of an immigration oversight on the part of the Peruvian authorities, she wasn't provided with a stamp or proof of Entry as a foreigner into Peru, despite the fact she had done nothing wrong and had acted in good faith. She provided her Ecuadorian identification but this was not enough for the hotel. She explained the situation to check out that the Peruvian authorities made a mistake with her Peruvian immigration status and legally could not provide her with proof of Entry...

Lo mejor que tiene es el staff, el servicio en especial María que siempre fue muy atenta y dejaba el cuarto impecable. El menú podría ser más variable. El entretenimiento podría mejorar.

Avoid staying ay main building, musica starts ay 7 am with breakfast

Todo muy bueno quizas deberian bajar los precios de las comidas, lo encontre un poco caro, por ese precio preferia comer en el brujo restaurante mas barato y mas rico

It is a beautiful property with an awesome pool. The hotel is well kept and managed. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Casa Andina for families. I enjoyed my stay.

La propiedad super cómoda, muy bien cuidada. Recomendaría que amplíen la variedad de alimentación, o aumenten restaurantes dentro del hotel, tomando en cuenta que si uno sale del hotel prácticamente no hay nada.
