Wonderful, helpful staff. Excellent decorum. The Japanese restaurant is fantastic.

Gitane restaurant quality of service is not what it used to be. Salvaje on the other hand, top notch service and food but comes at a price.

Check in was very easy, personal was helpful and willing to cater to your needs. Facility was well maintained and look great. Rooms were average, not small nor big, just right. Has a good breakfast buffet. Also an excellent Japanese restaurant.

Clean property, spacious. The restaurants on site were very good. However a bit far from the main touristy area. There is a mall walking distance and lot of restaurants around.

Este hotel es sin duda el mejor ubicado de toda Bogotá. Está ubicado a metros de centros comerciales y restaurantes exclusivos. La limpieza de las habitaciones e instalaciones es excelente y el trato y atención del personal es insuperable. Lo recomiendo 100% y seguramente volveremos muy pronto.

Stefanie was incredibly helpful. She always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure our questions were answered. Property does not have air conditioning but the hotel temp was well managed. Hotel has a small gym but no pool. Complimentary breakfast was healthy and had lots of variety.

Second time staying on this property, EXCELLENT stay! The location is perfect for shopping and walking to great restaurants. The staff was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and always available for anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience.
