It is the cheapest hotel near Nice Ville train station. The location is very good. Walk from the hotel to avenue Jean Medecin, which is the main street of the city, full of restaurants. Walk to train station no more than 5 minutes. Hotel in moderately old condition. Friendly staff, speaks good English. The single room is very small. Probably less than 10 square meters. The walls are quite thin. Heard a loud noise from the next room. The bathroom is narrow and it is very difficult to move around. There is soap in packets which is not very convenient. There is no kettle provided in the room. But you can ask for hot water at the restaurant from the staff. Wifi is reasonably fast. Compared to the price, it is considered worth it.
