All staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean with quality stuff. I had a room with balcony and enjoyed to stay at balcony with a good view. Overall I had a happy staying, will stay here again

Location, service, cleanliness. Hotel is located in a quiet area near parks and lots of green land. Staffs are very friendly. Rooms are spacious and well laid out. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

I stay here regularly for business. It’s the best choice in jiaxing for westerners regarding comfort, food and service. Good breakfast buffet.

Rude staff at the check in process

I’ve booked for 1 room 3 pax including my kid. But breakfast is only for 2. I can’t understand why then I informed the number of pax during booking. Paid for kid’s breakfast but the staffs at the coffee house was more interested in collecting the breakfast charges. Staff didn’t even bother to get us a place to sit. By 0900 breakfast almost all gone. Refill was slow. End up nothing much to eat.

Bathroom shower is moldy ! Just needs a good bleaching

Temperature control issues in rooms. Gym was sweltering hot miserable. Service has improved moderately but has s ways to go. Morning coffee flavor is very rough.

Primarily a conference / MICE hotel it would seem, it is also very close (300m) to the ancient water village. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped for the price and all have a lake view I think. Check in was easy (even for a non-Chinese speaker) as the front desk staff speak good English. Little English was spoken in the main restaurant, but ordering by iPad was a) modern and b) made this painless. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. My only regret was that the hotel seems to have no bar / lounge to relax in at the end of the day, which is odd. Very good "art shop" in the foyer with good stuff at reasonable prices.

Its a great quite and beautiful location. If I am in this area would always stay here. Hotel should considering adding Nespresso machines instead of instant Nestle packs

Loved staying here. So clean and sparkling clean. Very comfortable bed. The staff was very nice. It was one of the most relaxing places to stay.

Taxis are hard to get. The staff English is at best, fair. The doorman who handles taxis speaks no English at all, how are you supposed to catch a taxi. The decor and architecture are superb.

We booked 2 rooms through Expedia and requested to be at the same floor from the beginning of our booking , even though it's low season with a lots of empty rooms, staff said it's not possible as we booked through Expedia. My friend and I were at different floor, as well as the end of each side of the building, very inconvenience for us. Started to wonder... if this really a 4 stars hotel... It's low season, when we dined at the restaurant we nearly had the whole restaurant to ourselves, but it's also in the cold season, heating system in public area and restaurant are bad, it's freezing even you're indoors.

Very good price and comfortable room. I checked out at 8:30am and only two receptionests at the front desk. It took me 20 minutes for waiting and 5 minutes for check-out, never seen such super slow check out process.
