This property is wonderful! The pool area and amenities are great and the staff are fantastic! Conveniently located and the area is walkable and safe. Absolutely will return!

For Europeans and Americans, Petrolina is a hidden gem. The water is hot. There are these unique beach like areas to swim, sunbathe, or hangout like Brazilians 👍 I saw beaches in advertisements and I knew the Atlantic Ocean was nowhere around. 😉 But, Petrolina/Juazeiro have beach like areas on the river. It was interesting to see this and the people. I would return in a heartbeat 💓. I loved my visit.

Everything was great until the air conditioning broke during the night. I could not sleep well. I asked for some price discount for this inconvenience and was fully ignored by the management.

Great kitchen & pool staff service. Petrolina is a quiet place so having great service was the key to a pleasant stay.

The place was awesome on par with similar level hotels in North America. I would highly recommend. It is truly as far as I know the best or second best hotel in the city. Only area of improvement is that they could or should do a better job keeping mosquitoes away from breakfast buffet which I would do if I were The Manager.

Hotel muito bem localizado, novo, confortável. Atendimento tevo erro da hotéis.com com a reserva, reservei para 1 casal + uma criança de 15 anos, quando cheguei no hotel me informaram que não tinha cama extra que tinha de pagar 105,00 ou meu filho de 15 anos tinha de dormir na mesma cama que a gente. A hotéis.com com péssimo atendimento disse que era assim mesmo. Sendo que o hotel dps de algum tempo detectou o erro que eles tinham reservado com criança de 7 anos e colocaram a cama extra.
