I definitely recommend this beautiful establishment in Jeongseon, Gangwon. This is the best hotel in this area with full of excitements around.

This Resort Hotel is in the middle of mountains. I had a great experience at this Comfort Zone! Casino, Mountain Hiking, Skiing and many more activities to explore~

The hotel is nice and big but be aware that you have to pay extra for all the amenities. Communication with the staff is a big problem, the majority don't speak English. We booked a Superior Double room (1 double bed and 2 twin futons). Futons in Korea are what they called "traditional Korean beds": one thin mattress and a comforter that set on the floor. The description should be I double bed and 2 traditional Korean beds. We were not aware about the differences. After skiing all day, sleeping on the floor the best experience for my family.

The room is spacious, especially the bathroom. We could enjoy firework display in our room on Xmas eve. Great buffet dinner at the Grand Table.

Need a car or taxi to access the location, but once there...the scenery, the restaurants, and the hotel all make the trip worth it.

Good hotel. The only issue I have is that you have to pay extra to use either the Gym or the Pool. Perhaps this is a Korean thing as I have not come across it in any other hotels around the world. Excellent clean rooms, good size, lovely views. Level of English was decent on the front desk, enough to explain how to get to the small town, the bus system etc. Would recommend.

Minimum English skill in the hotel staff. Receptionist who checked us in forgot to hand us the breafast coupons...

The food fm hotel was good. The room was good size with pretty view.
