great friendly staff. very clean rooms with nice view. walkable to shops, cafes and restaurants. many choices on breakfast. only one comment that they mentioned that there is an air conditioning on rooms. but there was not. but they provided Electric fan

A convenient location for the cable cars. Probably a fun, buzzing hotel during the season but off-season it was quiet and Verbier was dead with most places closed. The summer season is concentrated in July and August only.

Great stay at the W. Room was impeccable, staff was generally friendly, and the location for a ski holiday is unbeatable. Smooth logistics for getting on the slopes thanks the them.

Great rooms and atmosphere

Perfect location near the lift - 5th floor rooms have a nice view. Breakfast is good too. It was a short stay but we will come back .... GM knows hugs stuff

Absolutely loved this hotel! We decided to stay here on seeing that it was rated the best ski hotel in the world and we were not disappointed! Everything is seamless, the staff is wonderfully accommodating, breakfast delicious and the location is second to none! Definitely go for the mountain-facing room, so much fun people watching! Cannot wait to return!

Well appointed and positioned Hotel....Not much to fault

It was great in many ways but the hotel was too busy and crowded. The service can improve. The food wasn’t very good. The location was amazing!

Loved the property, loved Verbier, funky, beautiful, fun, amazing skiing. Most things done really well...... but what’s with the disco music on 6th floor hallways throughout the night, so you couldn’t sleep; what’s with the barking dogs in other guest rooms; what’s with the unintelligible room electronics? Difficult to turn a light on, a TV on etc.. and the proposed 100Sfr per night surprise for the third bed, installed in a room booked for 3 people.... Crazy ! Overall great hotel, great staff, but more to do

The background electro techno music is not warm and welcoming. The hotel is a Marriott owned hotel although the nicest one I have seen. My room was beautiful with stunning views (although a gondola ran by the window every few seconds) a comfortable bed and sumptuous soaking tub, shower etc. The location is central in Verbier and across from the Madran Iift. As you may know, nothing in Verbier is flat but this is as close as you can get. Breakfasts are huge so make sure you are hungry and also try the delicious healthy smoothies. Friendly staff in the spa and a lovely indoor outdoor swimming pool. A very nice stay.

Great hotel and location

Amazing!!! A beautiful hotel in a beautiful village.

Very hectic staff, on the booking side it was funny to learn that the mountain view in reality means street/ garage view. I find it quite tricky and unfair for the first time visitors. Tried to charge for extra days of parking( which were not there) Not giving you an impression you want to be a returning customer

Fab hotel, right by the lifts, excellent service and superb breakfast.

Visited 2nd week in april to get the last of the snow. Great hotel. We had a double room which the staff happily did German bedding for us. They even had a birthday treat in my room. Nice stylish but by no means lush, it’s more of an arty hotel. The bathtub and shower are open plan in the room so no privacy if you are sharing. We were in room 226 which meant we had to cross the lobby in bath robes and slippers if we wanted to use the spa which we did every night, the doors of the lift opened into the bar which wasn’t great. Ski room on site only a short walk to main Telecabin lift. Great Breakfast Great Artworkin the bar-/restaurant.
