The sink’s faucet was faulty. The toilet tank was broken (but later replaced). Carpet was stained. Most of the staff were rude, except for Stefany and the restaurant’s hostess, they were very helpful and courteous.

The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including fruits, yogurt, cold cuts, breads, cheese, etc.

No complaints! Everything was great just like the location in Arequipa. Breakfast was good, you can order eggs as you wish and you can also order pancakes and waffles. Nice touch with water bottles in the room daily. If you leave early for your flight or a tour, they’ll even pack a lunch for you.

only stayed one night, the highlight is how attentive the staff is! .. they will cater to you and treat you with such a professionalism! the hotel itself also has amazing breakfast and the rooms were very spacious, clean and had everything you need. oh and the locations is clutch, in between Larcomar and Parque Kennedy!

Great location. Friendly staff. Need a mini fridge in the room to keep water and drinks cold specially during summer time. Overall nice hotel.

Excelente hotel,limpio,el cuarto muy cómodo, el staff muy servicial y atento a cualquier necesidad. El desayuno en la terraza del hotel estuvo muy rico y variado.Lo recomiendo.
