Ideally located in Plaça Urquinaona, the H10 hotel is well positioned for exploring Barcelona. However, the square can be quite noisy at night, particularly between around 4:30 and 6:30 am when revellers leave nearby bars, which may disturb light sleepers.
The hotel’s design is stylish, and both the lobby and rooms are very well presented. Breakfast was pleasant, with friendly service, although the selection felt somewhat limited and could be improved. During our two-night stay (two adults and one child), housekeeping did not service our room unless requested, and by 15:30 it had still not been done. At check-in, we were not offered the advertised welcome drink, although the receptionist was courteous. Overall, the experience was average, especially considering the high price of around €450 per night.
