Awesome family hotel. Staff especially excellent!

We stayed 6 nights in mid June. The food was ok for breakfast and dinner. The room was clean. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Every night from 7pm to 9pm, they had two shows. The location was convenient to beach, Siam Park and bus station.

One of the best hotels for family holidays in south Tenerife

Great Hotel with great staff. We were in an excellence room with amazing views. We had breakfast and diner in the A la carte restaurant and service sometimes was a bit slow. Overall great hotel in great location.

Nice hotel

This was our 4th time staying at Hovima La Pinta and although the location is perfect and the entertainment staff try their best to get people involved it's definitely lacking in staff where needed now. We previously stayed as all-inclusive guests but this year due to its location decided to go full-board as we're not big on drinking and like to eat out instead of buffet style meals and we are so glad we did! The food had the same choices available at lunch, as it was for your evening dinner! Cold, limited and processed. Such a shame, but the cutbacks are definitely showing this year. Be prepared to wait to be served drinks in the buffet restaurant, only once you've finished your meals due to the clear lack of staff which puts the pressure on the staff they do have. Overall some of the staff do try their best and go out their way to make your holiday such as Oliver from the bar couldn't do enough for you and Georgia from the entertainment team is exceptional, but some others are just rude! Would we return as a family of 4? Yes we would, but it would only be on a bed and breakfast option next time and our advice would be spend the difference on a room upgrade instead as your spoilt for choice outside the hotel for food and drinks much cheaper.

All round great family hotel.

There was quite a bit of renovations going on which should have been highlighted by your booking information. Round the pool and apartments next door to be precise. Staff friendly and the food was fine. Music very loud around the pool! We were given an upgrade which was very nice and use of the specialty restaurant which I have to say was disappointing. Food was bland and dry would not have been happy if we had paid. Stick to the buffet it was good plenty of choice. Usual family entertainment. Been a few times enjoyed a few days break.

The staff was very polite and helpful. La Pinta offered a lovely selection for breakfast. The room that we stayed in, a superior room, had excellent beach view, was clean, and spacious for a family of five. The hotel offered a variety of kid and adult activities during the day and fun entertainment in the evenings. Definitely an excellent stay and enjoyable family vacation.

Had a great week in HOVIMA Beachfront in Feb 22. Pool was great and there were plenty of activities for the kids. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Very accommodating on a number of occasions. Was happy with the food too, enough variety and were able to swap dinner for lunch a couple of days. Super location also. Would go back next week!

Great for kids but sometimes difficult to get loungers. Food was excellent too.

We liked the clean room which included 2 bedrooms, 2 full batherooms, kitchen area, a dinning area and a living room. Strong water flow from shower heads. From some reason one of the bathroom had a sewer smell so the 4 of us used the 2nd room. The majority of the property is in lower levels from the reception area. It felt like too much concrete around us. Also, this property caters to babies and todler ages. Dinning area was very noisy at all times. we tried to have our meals during different hours but couldnt avoid the loud noise from screeming babies. The food at the dinning area was average. We could have been better off with eating lunch and dinner in one of the many sorrounding restaurants.

We liked everything about this Hotel. The animation team is fantastic. We will be back.

We had family room which was great easy access to the pool. Great location

A really nice hotel, perfect for kids, hotel was clean and tidy throughout, food was really good too, location is ideal right on the beach! Entertainment was good, staff are very welcoming and friendly! The only thing I would warn is that the pool area gets very slippy when wet our little one was constantly falling over! Overall though a really lovely hotel!

Really nice stay once again. All staff really friendly, good food, room cleaned every day. Only one downside, lots of entertainment for kids but nothing for grown ups. Would definitely stay at La Pinta again.

Great staff, the food was excellent as we had selected the meals included option this was something we were worried about but we ended up eating there every day and almost every evening.

Really great stay all staff very happy, friendly and professional. Close to everything you need while on holiday. We will definitely be booking Hovima La Pinta again. Great holiday.

We found the resort to be very busy with plenty to do. There are numerous boat trips, lots of sports activities for the young and many restaurants. Look carefully at menu prices and shop around. One restaurant at the front charged 11 euros for a starter, which was made up of 4 prawns with one avacado and a little salad. Nice beach with safe swimming and lifeguard in attendance. If you want to party and karaoke and sink cheap beer, then this is the place for you. Many Brits to keep you company
