The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond answering any questions.

Convenient to cruise port area. Very clean, staff extremely helpful, and were able to store luggage after checkout. There’s a great little coffee/bakery diagonally across the street to grab a quick snack. Highly recommend.

Great location for ferry transfer. Aircon noisy so couldn’t sleep with it on.

Clean and helpful staff

I have a problem with Expedia, not the Hotel. I cannot download the newest version of Expedia software to obtain my FULL itinerary as my iPad is an older version of IOS. I cannot contact Expedia Customer Service for same reason. Strange that I can make a booking, get a confirmation, but nothing beyond. Kindly respond to sweeneydonna@rogers.com.

The hotel staff was not only very friendly and welcoming, but very helful when we were having a tough day. The breakfast was a very nice addition to the wonderful room stay. The balcony is so pleasant as well. Definitely a pleasant stay

Really helpful staff. They let us check in 8 hours earlier at 6AM which was a massive relief. The room was bit small but the reception told me it was because of the early check in the room which was planned for us was not ready.

Nice artwork throughout. Lift was small but very clean & sparkly. Lots of echo from hallway/stairwell but otherwise quiet. Bed was very hard. Disappointed we didnt have balcony room & only looked onto walls of close neighbouring buildings. Would stay again.

It is a nice and clean hotel conveniently located near the port, with walking distance. It is an ideal place to stay if you want to catch the early morning ferry to islands. They provide breakfast buffet with reasonable price.
