Not serviced appartments falsely advertised

Advertisement said serviced appartments but we could even get a change of towels of dish washing liquid, hand and body wash was empty and they didn’t refill even though we requested it. Old tied toilet wouldn’t flush properly tiles coming off the wall. Aircon dirty.

Did not like very steep stairs. Hard for two 75 yr olds. Unhappy about the $200 cc impost. One week later still have not seen it. Should be refunded the next day. The bes was VERY comfortable. Made me realise I need a new mattress.

The door keys are consistently a problem. The staff do not seem to know how to keep the electronic keys active. For the second time I have lost access to my room, this time it was late at night in freezing temperatures. Also discovered their afterhours phone service is unmanned and also faulty. I used to be a regular and loved staying here. However, the service and facilities have declined to the point where I have made the decision that I will not be staying here again, and due to the issue of safety caused by malfunctioning doors and phones I will be recommending anyone else against staying here.

Truly awful experience. Just pay a little more and go to the multitude of great hotels around the area. Be kind to yourself and avoid this dirty old place.

I found them very helpful and the location to shopping centre across the road less than 50 metres away.

Newly renovated room very clean and great location.

It was quite small but enough room for the night. Would've been good with a small table & another bedside table. Good condiments. Lots of tiny dead bugs in the bathroom. Needs a wipe. Comfortable bed & warm room

Apart from one damaged door (only slightly down the bottom), the place was excellent, a really great place to stay for the weekend! :D Service was amazing and its really conveniently close to shops. Will totally come to Elphin to stay again :)

The staff and location were fantastic but the cleanliness in the bathroom regarding mould in the shower and around the toilet and the very dusty fan and blinds in front room need attention. Instructions on the use of the aircon/ heater would be beneficial.

Room was situated in a good spot above the office and had a small leafy balcony that was private. Location was very good for a brisk walk to the City Park and into town- no need to drive.

Great reception, great service and perfect room.

In very good location...will definitely stay if we returned to launceston again..
