Great location but a little outdated

The mattress was no good then in the second unit that they put us in the water pressure was almost 0 the elevator was loud throughout the night and then they had construction above us starting at 4 AM. The worst experience we've ever had. We moved on to a new location.

Enjoyed being near the various neighborhoods and being able to easily access subway and bus to get around the city. Hotel staff have great recommendations on what to visit.

Convenient location. Property could use an update.

The owner Fred and his staff were gracious, welcoming, knowledgeable and very professional. The location was perfect. We were able to walk to cafes, restaurants, and a nice antique furniture market. There are several parks nearby for relaxing and reading.

Rendez vous is a very quaint, stylish and comfortable stylish hotel. Room was large, lots of windows, very nice bathroom. There is a very pleasant roof top which I enjoyed every night to relax after a long day of walking.

Tremendous boutique hotel in a quaint neighborhood. The owner and staff provide a very welcoming and enjoyable experience. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. The rooftop deck and hot tub are great with good views. There are many great restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in close proximity and easily walkable. If you are looking for a quiet, authentic experience this is the place. Great boutique hotel for a very fair price.

It was an amazing stay. Very nice hitel, with a friendly team and a warm reception. Well located in Palermo Hollywood, near many restaurants and outlet stores. The room was clean, silence and confortable. The only problem is the elevator, wich os such a little noisy!

No entiendo como tiene excelentes comentarios. Las habitaciones son chicas, cortinas y sábanas manchadas. En el baño no había shampoo, y cuando llegamos el baño tenía escremento en el inodoro. El desayuno es muy pobre. Se tapó la hacha del baño y tardaron 2 días en arreglarlo. No volvería nunca mas

A lovely boutique hotel, that is well situated for restaurants and shops. The staff were also excellent, we highly recommend this hotel.
