Right across the street from Pompeii.

Lovely staff, clean and presentable, air con in room was fantastic and situated directly opposite Pompeii archaeological site. Parking is onsite, unlike lots of other Italian hotels that claim they are and aren’t, entrance is at ///monday.evolving.inspector - what3words We didn’t eat at the restaurant, instead favouring to try some of the local restaurants instead, but what food we did see come out as we were sat in the bar looked fantastic.

This was a lively hotel in a great location. Near shopping and restaurants, as well as one of the entrances to Pompeii. The breakfast was good, as well. We would likely stay here if ever in Pompeii again.

Nice breakfast looking out on the ruins. The breakfast manager was very attentive, going out of her way to have a chat with guests.

The place is very close to Pompeii museum. It does include parking. The area is clean and safe

Very nice hotel conveniently located near the Pompeii ruins. Our only significant complaint was that the toilet did not flush well. Lots of water but not everything would go down. Very annoying. Bad design and nothing the staff could fix without replacing the toilet. Otherwise we had a nice stay. Our room faced the street but was quiet. Breakfast was good but not great. Staff were helped us find nearby restaurants that were good and arranged for our taxi to the train station.

The Hotel was very clean and front staff very friendly. The breakfast was excellent, all fresh hane made pastries and excellent spread for a morning meal. The Staff in the breakfast area was exceptional. I did not catch the ladies name who was in charge but she was very accommodating to our needs of having to be on our transit bus at 7:05am. She made the stay very special and I will definitely be returing to stay again to spend more time in Pompeii. I would recommend to all.

Great stay! My only recommendation is to note that the jacuzzi is only available in one room as the website made it seem like it was accessible for everyone

The welcome and the atmosphere were superb, especially at breakfast. all staff were friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful, although corridors were a little tired. Location is great for the ruins. We saw the amphitheatre, and then the hotel was just over the road. Two quibbles: there was no coffee in the room and no toaster in the restaurant. But lovely cakes for breakfast!

Check in was good but the room felt a little run down and the noise level was high. I know that rooms have thin walls but they had put me on the first floor next to the lobby. I heard everything including the reception phone. I had to ask for another blanket because the heat wasn’t turning on in my room. I finally got it to go but then my shower water was freezing the first night so I had to ask about that too. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast and the manager at breakfast. She was extremely kind and friendly. Food was good aswell.

Perfect location - right next to the entrance to Pompeii site. Includes parking. Great staff. Good breakfast. Nice rooms. 5 stars in every criteria

This worked out well for our visit to Pompei and we could walk to the entry gate. We were able to leave our car parked for the day.

The rooms were drab and old. Photos on line did not portray an accurate picture of the hotel. Reception was nice, restaurant looked nice - room was horrendous.

A lovely hotel very close to Pompeii attractions. Staff are excellent very friendly and helpful. Parking is safe in gated car park. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast had several options including cakes, cereals yoghurt and hot savoury

The hotel staff at reception, cafe and manager were friendly and attended to any questions/concerns we had, very good can't fault them. Some staff in the restaurant were not attentive at the bar and were not welcoming, not even a smile from many. Over all the hotel was comfortable, clean and the food was good, room was good, very comfortable. Would go back again.

Check in was great. Very efficient and fast and the front desk is pleasant. We have a view room of pompei but the outside is getting renovated which we didn't know and there's no view and can't use the balcony. The decor and style is dated but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and good. This hotel is located to a very close and less popular gate to pompei and a short walk to three restaurants and piazza.
