This hotel was a great choice when staying in Olbia. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room was clean and my AC worked well. The location is perfect because you have many restaurants and shops around and you have the water/port near by also. The airport is like 8 minutes away. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Broken cupboard in bathroom, broken toilet seat, no tissues, no tea or coffee sachets yet a kettle was supplied, we assumed 2 small bottles of water in fridge were complimentary, however we were charged 4 euros at checkout for taking them. The supermarket around the corner were charging 55 euro cents for a 2 litre bottle of water! The only positive comment is about the breakfast waitress who was lovely.

Accommodation in adjacent building. Awful damp smell coming from basement. Room recently refurbished. Comfortable stay.

Great location even in annex. Near main square. Big room with nice bathroom and huge bed. Brekkie was fine. Very good to be able to use sister hotel facilities even after check out.

The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. However, the room was extremely hot, there was quite a lot of noise, and I believe there were works going on in or around the building. On the day I checked out, the hot water was not working either. Aside from these issues, my stay was overall acceptable.

Breakfast was decent but not terrific as missing whole wheat and more hot food options. Plus too much sweet pastry / dessert items. Front desk people and kitchen server were fantastic. The hotel is center of town so expect lots of late night noise. Rooms hot! Despite turning both heaters off we needed to sleep with windows partially open and had to live with the noise

The hotel room was spacious and well maintained. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect! Our windows overlooked the town center fountain, which offered a beautiful view and access to everything we wanted to see.

The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. Breakfast had a somewhat good choice with custom coffees, however some popular items went fast.

Great property and location. Unfortunately our air con was not working and it was quite hot. Customer service was great--it was 10pm and they couldn’t fix it or move us but they brought up a fan but, being in the center of town, it was very loud outside until after midnight. We slept just a couple hours. Parking was excellent—would otherwise be difficult to park in the city without that dedicated lot.

Great location and friendly staff, but our stay was ruined when we discovered our room was infested with bed bugs at 2am. We had to check out immediately to avoid bringing them home, and the front desk was closed so no help was available. An unacceptable experience
