Just a superb place to stay, the staff are wonderful and although a bit far from the town centre it's got everything you want. Would stay here again and again. Amazing. A massive thank you to all the staff here.

All was great. My only remark, which I have already informed the hotel about, is the smell from cooking eggs inside the restaurant which sticks to your clothes. I can't imagine going to a meeting after having breakfast with this smell. Cooking should be done in kitchen

Great place to stay. Convenient in New Cairo. Safe with great amenities. Pool area is great with an outdoor bar, heated all year around. Greet gym and restaurants. Staff is accommodating with driver requests, airport pickups etc… great clean, modern rooms. Awesome stay.

All service ratings would have been 5 stars if it wasn’t for shift manager/supervisor the night I arrived speaking inappropriately (rude) to one of his staff. Absolutely unacceptable.

The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed and a very comfortable bed. I loved the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light and offered a beautiful view of the city. The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or any small request, they handled it with efficiency and a positive attitude. Their commitment to excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic spread of fresh and delicious options to suit any taste. The pool area provided a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing, with comfortable loungers and attentive service. Located in New Cairo, this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It’s close to major attractions and business districts, yet offers a quieter and more relaxed environment. Overall, the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cairo. The wonderful staff truly elevate the experience
