The room was clean. The area seemed safe and clean. The staff were friendly. Convenient to highway and restaurants. Comfortable bed and pillows.

Basically a good stay. Breakfast options were decent. Room was clean. A couple negatives: - Shower really needed re-caulking - AC was on the noisy side - Would it kill the profit margin to add a couple more hooks for hanging things in the bathroom?

Very, very well maintained for a 9-10year old property. One of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest hotel we've ever stayed, and some costing much more than this one. Very friendly and helpful staff, and the breakfast was well cooked and fresh. I would highly recommend anyone staying here when in the Knoxville area. You won't regret it!!

The overall experience was fine. But the room Was kinda grungy. The outlets near the night stand were super worn out and my charger wouldn’t work. The common areas were clean and nice though. The freeway can be loud.
