Comfy beds, great food and friendly staff! Great place

Lovely stay

Property is good in a great location. Breakfast is also good. Rooms hardly have any plug points. Not one near the table or next to the cots. So charging a phone or laptop gets very difficult.

Very short walk to baltic sea beachfront, restaurants,zabka also liked table and chairs with kitchenette but would have liked coffee pot or nespresso machine Very nice space to share with adult daughter. Would have liked at least another nighttime hour for pool and hot tub just for adults

Property and stay were excellent.. only issue is that there is no a single English channel on TV... also, provision for making coffee / Tea should be provided in the room

Nice apartments that are just in 5 minutes walk from the amazing sandy beach. The only problem was is the breakfast which was the same for 3 weeks with a very limited options to choose (crumbled eggs, 2 types of sausages, 2 types of pancakes and that's it).

First the was some little 🐛 or somtething in our room. Then when we chanse room aircondition dos not work. They gould not fix it, that was sad thing becouse there was HOT in the room.

Staff very helpful and polite, apartment was clean.

We travelled with family of 2 babies and 2 little children. We had 2 rooms booked. When we arrived we were asked to pay for weeks worth of parking at check in, painful with having to entertain children, could have been done later or after check out. Then there was a building site next to our apartment building. Our rooms were allocated there. The noise was loud and the view out of the room with builders looking in. Unacceptable especially after finding out there were other available rooms in different buildings. We were moved after complaining. They shouldn’t allocate those rooms until last resort. The rooms are average for a new resort. The beds were sunken and of poor comfort, obviously not to the standard I would have assumed for the price this place costs. The rooms don’t have air conditioning or a fan so they were extremely uncomfortable in the summer heat wave. The breakfast and dinners were average, variety and quality was poor and too much crowding with the whole resort coming for breakfast time at the same time. They should have 2 seperate eating areas for a resort this size with so many children. We didn’t use the pool as it was extremely small and stunk severely of chlorine. For the price this resort charges I should have stayed in a hotel. We stayed here as golden tulip have a good reputation in other areas of Poland but this location I wouldn’t recommend. They obviously rely on non repeat customers as it’s a popular location-sopot. Sorry but we left disappointed

Good hotel for families with kids, near the sea

Exemplary service VERY good hotel to visit.I attended a world cup match in Kaliningrad & wished a convenient place to rest my head.I found the underground parking very good,and hope to be able to stay again. Garry Read

My visit took place in fall, however it would be great place to visit in summer time, clean, secure place for families.

We travelled with three small children. The hotel was very accommodating and child-friendly with a nice swimming pool, a playground and a playroom. The decor is a bit dark.

Deck staff very helpful,especially Aleksandra and Dominika. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. We ate a buffet evening meal which was delicious. Never found the spa or pool though?
