Everything was great

Frustrated to pay for a room with fridge and microwave and neither of those were available

Why is there no fan or heat in the bathroom?

Easy to walk to restaurants. All areas of hotel were clean.

The hotel was nice and clean. They had good options for their free breakfast and the lobby area was nice and comfortable. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds, but for the price of their rooms I expected a little more. There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room, which is a necessity when I am traveling with children. I even had people who were in town but staying at the Super 8 tell me they at least had a a mini fridge and microwave. In my option it should just be standard to have those in every room anymore. Other than that the hotel was good. Nice staff and comfortable and clean.

Nice, clean hotel with great staff. I knocked one star off because the pool/hot tub heater was out. That is not the fault of the staff, IHG should get that fixed. Everything else was perfect!

I had high hopes for this stay, especially considering I paid a premium rate with expectations of a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Unfortunately, it failed to deliver on all fronts. From the moment we checked in, we encountered unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It’s always surprising to find people in customer service roles who seem to lack basic courtesy, coming off as abrasive and rigid. This was not a warm welcome. The issues continued as we got to our room. While it appeared clean, it smelled unpleasantly like soggy feet. The hallway had an even stronger odor, like marijuana, which was unpleasant and unexpected. The carpet in our room was torn, adding to the overall lack of upkeep. Breakfast was below par, lacking the quality and selection we’ve experienced at other Holiday Inns. However, the most unsettling part of our stay was the atmosphere; there were men wandering the hallways when we arrived, which made my wife and children feel very uneasy. For the price, I expected much better. Unfortunately, this location failed in the basic standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Nice new property.

Great staff, breakfast was outstanding and fabulous reccomendation for late night dinner at Hanging 5. Safeway, coffee and restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy access on and off I-90.

Friendly staff

I rent hotels all the time for my workers and never have a problem. This was the most difficult hotel to book with. Probably will never book with them again.

Great stay but the hot tub was down and that was one of the reasons we chose to stay there.

Great room and very clean. It was a bit pricey but we would stay there again if in the area.
