Todo estuvo nivel TOP desde nuestra llegada... En recepción fueron super cool y atentos. La ubicación e instalaciones inmejorables y la habitación todo en orden y clase.

Large rooms and good breakfast. 10 am check out is a bummer.

La limpieza de la habitación sobre todo la del baño está fatal, a veces se sentía un olor a desagüe.

La atencion del personal no es muy buena. Las habitaciones no estan muy limpias y cuentas con "0" opciones de comida pues el unico restaurant dentro del hotel tiene horarios rigidos y no tienes acceso constante a comida o appetaizer si necesitas

Swimming pool closed - one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. Bed uncomfortable, plus sheets didn’t fit properly. Some items in the bedroom were broken. Some of the reception staff were not hugely friendly. Breakfast was good and the staff in there were very friendly. Satellite tv channels was also a bonus

Breakfast was ok. Same every day. Room was clean . The hotel needs some upgrade in common areas.Staff was perceptive when you asked gor help.

The breakfast was very poor , there is no. variation , always the same , no god ham , always the same cakes

Great location, close to the waterfront. The room is very comfortable, and the staff is extremely attentive. A very pleasant stay.

There was no tissue paper in the bathroom, nor napkins in the mini bar, below Wyndham standards Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast needs improvement. Coffee was terrible. I had to call twice to get a laundry bag. Didn’t get a stick to stir my coffee. Toilet was dirty one time. Fitness room the only positive thing.

Neglected. All broken Room 309 - Toilet didn’t flush, floor was sticky, TV didn’t work, plug by desk not working , tub had a hair in it and sink has black mold in it. Maintenance came and fixed toilet, but didn’t work again next morning, housekeeping washed the floor

Hotel seems to have a great facilities long time ago, it need maintenance and updates, location is good

The room is very good, large and good air conditioning. It has electrical outlets near the bed (use Cpap). The spacious bathroom with a shower with good hot water.
