BREAKFAST NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. ROOM OK

Hotel seems to have a great facilities long time ago, it need maintenance and updates, location is good

The room is very good, large and good air conditioning. It has electrical outlets near the bed (use Cpap). The spacious bathroom with a shower with good hot water.

First impression, reception area seem to be outdated. It has bad smell like a dirty clothing. Room out dated with bathroom smelling like sewage. Asked for room chane and lady was stressed out and toll it will do the change 2-3 days. I was lucky next day I had a change of room in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast with few options and same menu everyday(4 of 10). The haals floor dirty.

The room allocated was large and very agreeable with large windows. The street not very busy and quiet. Breakfast had a good selection and having a restaurant is handy on days you are tired to go out again after sightseeing. The only problem was the smell of sewage from the bathroom. They fixed it but lasted 1 day then the smell came back. This seems to be a common occurrence all around Uruguay, from our experience after 2 weeks here.

Check in staff should be friendlier. Hotel has great amenities, I cannot comment on this. Our biggest issues the consistent concern with the funky smell from the washroom. We had to close the door at night and plug any orifice that had a drain. Not sure why this is like this. Might be some serious plumbing issue.

Room floor was dirty, toilet leaked from underneath onto bathroom floor, hotel is rundown and needs renovation. Worst Wyndham I've ever stayed at.

I don't know how this hotel has any 5 star reviews. Rudest hotel staff I've ever encountered. Walk up to desk and they're on their cell phones or talking to each other. They act like you're disturbing them. You walk by them and there is no smile or hello. They have no concept of what customer service is. Hotel is not properly taken care of. Lobby looks nice but once you reach your floor you'll see how badlt kept the hotel actually is.. Hall carpet dirty. Walls badly repaired. Our room had a big crack in sink that started leaking on the 3rd orn4th night. They had to come in and re-glue it from underneath. Big crack in toilet tank that thankfully had enough glue so didn’t leak. Door knob in bathroom falling off. Grab bar in tub loose. Only one outlet in room to charge phone. Walls were dirty. Our last night I was checking to make sure we had everything and pulled back curtain and saw mold on walls. I have pictures of everything and hope I can add them.

Overall is good.
